The view from the rooms is wonderful, the hotel is in the city center and I liked the breakfast. I found the room very clean and the staff is nice. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back for my next trip to Palermo.

Très déçus par cet hôtel au 11ème étage dont l' ascenseur ne monte qu' au 10ème à 142 euros la chambre/nuit, la propreté laisse à désirer, tant pour le lavabo basique et les toilettes , le frigo sale aussi ,le fauteuil et le tour des meubles ,le drap housse mis à l' envers sans drap du dessus, le flotteur qui fait du bruit, une serviette pour 2 les 3 derniers jours .pas de banquette comme décrit, ni de plateau bouilloire sans réclamation, la navette aéroport n' existe pas, le sol en bois très abîmé creusé de sillons grossiers, de gênantes odeurs d' égout depuis le samedi, le bruit de l' ascenseur trop étroit pour y faire intervenir des secours, personne le weekend pour répondre aux problèmes ! c'est la première fois que booking cautionne un tel hôtel qui nous a gâché le séjour . Seul point positif, sa situation au centre . La terrasse partant du couloir difficilement utilisable à cause des frelons, pas de clé sécurisée, coffre fort inutilisable car"portable ".
