Hotel berhampiran ब्लू बैरी बिल्डिंग, Palghar

Lift is small and staircase was not good. Behind the hotel there is motor garage so often you find vehicle in and out for repairs. There was complementary breakfast with less options- vada, Idilli, plain dosa, upama and Poha all three days we stayed. We ordered snacks in the evening, it was good. The bedroom is spacious but the bed was not that comfortable. My 6 year daughter was jumping thinking as trampoline. The washroom was pretty good. There is TV but not much channels to watch so we didn't we bother. There is Wifi but cannot connect more than one device in one room.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable attention to detail throughout my visit, every interaction I had with your staff was a delight. In particular, I would like to recognize the staff specifically - Atul Kanade (Executive Staff), Abhishek Mishara (Restaurant Mgr.), Kailash Palariya (F&B Mgr.), Hrishikesh Patil (Restaurant Mgr.), Ms. Kanchan Singh, Ms. Janhavi Kadav, Subham Zimber, and Ritikesh for going above and beyond in preparing food to my palate and comfort. Fish and chicken preparation were the best with a perfect balance of spice, flavor and minimalistic quantities of salt, and the desert although limited was delectable. I was especially touched by “the thoughtful surprise - Best Wishes cake” a treat presented to me at the dinning before I left – it was such a lovely surprise and made my exhausting day even brighter!”. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and ensured that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Every individual named cared for me beyond measure and cherished me in their heart. The attention to detail, the warmth, and the genuine care that you all pour into your work shines through, and it left me feeling truly pampered. Your hotel doesn’t just provide a place to stay – it creates experiences and memories, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. This property is just two and half hour drive from mumbai. Once you reach there the peace and calm of the place will soon engulf you. The highlights of the place are the spiritual activities especially the vrindavan forest tour and of course the satvik food will blow your mind away

property is good , clean location is excellent staff is good had a comfortable stay with the ease of MMT booking process my trip was worth its value

The premises and linen was clean. Was very satisfied with my short night stay. They even had a robot at the reception.

Room quality is good. New construction so bathroom, furniture etc all in good quality. As far as room is concerned, it is ok and matching expectations. However, it does not have a restaurant so you can only get breakfast there. That too fixed menu with very less quantity. Time also as per them for serving breakfast. That they should improve. This hotel is very close to railway station so you get market and restaurants in the surrounding so food is not an issue. However, it you want in room service or late night food service, they can't provide. Staff is cooperative but struggling to get decision when asked for gst invoice. It took full day for them to decide whether invoice to be given or not and if yes, what amount it should be. Overall, ok hotel with moderate budget.
