Great location for the airport and a very authentic Indian location where you can witness the real India. Although it’s in a very poor area it’s completely safe to walk around. The ***ager and reception team were great very welcoming and professional -we arrived around 6.00pm . Sadly on leaving this morning at 7.00 am the *** on reception was not friendly and had no customer service skills - this was a first in India where everyone has been so helpful and professional

Hotel is located 2-3 km from chennai airport. We checked in around 8 pm. Sink water/tap was not working. Toilet was dirty and bedsheets, pillows and covers smelled like somebody had used it before. Went to the front desk to ask them to clean change. They did that quickly. U get 2 small water bottle. Late night could hear traffic noise/honking which woke me up. Around 2. 30 am other guests were talking loudly, could hear them close and open their doors. If someone is a light sleeper would not recommend this place. Staff doesn't help u with taking the luggage to your room. Doesn't even volunteer. Overall it's okay for an overnight stay.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. My room was a dream—spacious and bright! The staff were always ready to assist with genuine smiles. They made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Located conveniently for sightseeing yet tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat, NK Grand Hotel struck the perfect balance. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

Overall a decent hotel. However, lack of hot water and room service could be improved. Not suitable for family stay.
