The room is great! Quite spacious with enough space for a family of four. There is a barbecue grill and kitchen as well as dishes and cooking utensils. Very good. But the service and hospitality is poor. The worst experience I’ve ever made! There is one restaurant that is always fully booked, but still has tables and chairs available. You have to please them to make up a table for you, very uncomfortable for a five star hotel! Then they have a lagoon bar that offers foods and drinks. First day 29. Dec there was a wedding, so the lagoon bar was closed for hotel guests. Food can be ordered to room, because restaurant is fully booked. We asked if there is a celebration for New Year’s Eve, but concierge told us it was cancelled because no people were interested in. On 31. Dec they closed lagoon bar again for hotel guest because suddenly they had a New Year’s Eve party, but not for us. On January 1st there was no room service…. Check out was the same unfriendly treatment as during check-in… If you don’t mind to spent your holidays like a tenant it’s a great place. As a hotel guest better try another one. We will not come back here!

Good vibes and have big swimming pool

The Pullman Sea Temple Resort was a beautiful hotel. The service was excellent and the 1 bedroomed apartment was fantastic in every way. I will definitely be returning!

酒店不在凱恩斯，更小眾，能直接去享受棕櫚灣的閑適安靜。酒店的大泳池非常推薦，甚至有潛水區。 房間相對國內同級別酒店還是略簡陋了一些，建議做好心理準備。 很特別且美好的回憶～

8 nights booked, 1 bedroom apartment. Wedding Anniversary. Diamond Accor member. Given a two bedroom unit, not really of benefit. Twenty minutes later we realised that the balconies were rendered useless because of it being entirely covered in ants. Probably from the canopy below that was loaded with 6 months worth of leaf litter. Advising reception was full of promises to rectify but eventually we gave up and purchased our own insecticide. 2 full cans used. Sitting on the balcony was not ever an option. Location was next door to 3 bdrm plunge pool pavilions frequented by wedding parties. 1st wedding, notice given to guests - the party went till 6 am on the adjacent terrace. 2nd wedding, no notification, the boom box started at midnight around the pool. Attempts to find a number to contact reception were nowhere to be found. Eventually calling the restaurant, only to be told there is no night reception (don’t have a heart attack!). The party moved inside the unit which was only marginally better. The pool area is lovely, but as much as I wanted to use the spa, it was never possible unless we wanted to share with toddlers in nappies, children and blow up toys and balls. There was a child’s spa, but not in use for some reason. Buffet breakfast choices fine, but always either empty or cold. You could order eggs of choice but given the time to get them, it is clearly not encouraged and rarely offered by staff. Even getting a table in the near empty restaurant was a challenge. Staff just ignored you whilst wiping down the coffee machine. Teapots are supplied to make your own tea - there are no tea bags! When the only teapot available was dirty, the waitress blamed other guests for leaving it there! My husband requested a spare toilet roll because the only one in the main bathroom was nearly empty - he was grilled by the housekeeping girl because he should have looked in the other bathroom that we were not using. Wanting a road map from reception saw me waiting for en extended period while two staff had a conversation at the end of the desk. Eventually the maintenance man came to assist. The list goes on, and at nearly $500 a night, this hotel does not deserve even the one box I have ticked. Planning on a stay, I would say ask questions about weddings, be selective with your room and speak up early in your stay because it won’t get any better if you don’t. It might if you do, maybe. Or, lower your expectations. Oh, and the internet - it is useless, others have reported it, but clearly fixing it is not a priority for the management of this hotel.

We stayed late May 2024 with a group of friends booking out 3 penthouse 2 bedroom apartments and had a fantastic time. All of our apartments had rooftop bbq's which we used 4 or 5 times for dinner, and a few times for a bbq breakfast, so handy. Most evenings were lovely with th temp being around 21-23c which is not bad for a winters evening in Far North Queensland. We had dinner at the surf club one night in Palm Cove which was great, another lunch in Bluewater Tavern marina which is a hidden gem in Trinity Park. Dinner in the Resort at Temple of Taste restaurant was excellent with our group of 11. Thanks to Megan, Steve, Nat, Kazumi and all the staff for a wonderful stay yet again for our yearly May/June trip.

This is a wonderful property located in a quiet area of Palm Cove. Megan, Steve and team make you feel most welcome. Apartments are spacious with full kitchen and laundry. Restaurant is always at a high standard and great value with the Accor Plus card. Great gym located onsite also.

This resort is fair. I wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms were spacious, but they were also infested with small bugs - mosquitos and small gnats. Small spiders. I had them spray for bugs one night, but more came back. The room had a nice large bathtub with jets, but it had lots of little bugs sitting in it. I suppose I could have flushed them down, but somehow it just wasn’t appealing. There were small frogs trying to get in through the bathroom window, but thankfully they could not. When I left, I had more than a dozen mosquitoes bites. The service at the front desk was good. One woman was especially attentive and helpful but I can’t recall her name. The massage I received in the spa was nice, very relaxing. The bar area was fair - food was mostly fried stuff. Cocktails were ok. We didn’t eat at the restaurant there. It’s a short walk to the Main Street of Palm Cove where all of the restaurants are. Honestly, if I had it to do over again, I don’t think I’d stay in Palm Cove. The beaches are really nothing special and aside from a few sectioned off areas, you can’t swim in the ocean because of crocs.

The young waitresses provide friendly, courteous and excellent service. Awesome food coffee at the pool pavilion. The older middle aged woman who sometimes serves is always grumpy and one star. A big contrast to the girls. The girls are five star!

We stayed here in Jan 2023 for 5 nights as part of a wider trip to Australia. We really enjoyed staying here, the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming with good facilities. We stayed on a room only basis and ate at local eateries during our stay, so can't comment on the food. However, the bar service was excellent with great cocktails, including a cocktail of the day. Pool area was quite busy, but as this is tropical Queensland the majority of people do use the pool as the beach is not suitable for swimming due to the crocs and jelly fish. Shops, restaurants etc are all in easy walking distance. Good place to stay.

Booked a resort view and it overlooked the swamp/mangroves that stunk. The room was filthy with lip gloss and packets of tablets under the couch. The floor was covered in food and dirty as well as having an unpleasant odour. Really unimpressed and disappointed to the point we cancelled our stay and went home.

The resort is not only secluded and quiet, it was also the best time to travel there during the off season. The happy hour cocktails daily made my friend and I excited to see what the cocktail of the day was. Our favourite was the Tim Tam cocktail. The resort is right near the lovely and luxe Palm Cove retail complex as well as some lovely restaurants neaby. Temple of Tastes had great food, but it was a bit of an inconvenience not being able to sit outside while we ate our dinner. Just a minor inconvenience so not a big deal. Special mention goes to Tahnee- the pool bartender- she is super chill, nice and friendly. Loved the pool- loved the vibe- overall, a very luxe place.
