My friend and I stayed at the NEWLY RENOVATED L3 Oasis Hotel for 4 days on a girls trip! We had difficulties with our previous hotel, and while looking for new accommodation we were greeted by the front desk staff with open arms. The owner Kelly, and her staff Kaia and Lois worked around the clock to make sure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. We understood that opening a hotel comes with difficulties, but we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Palm Springs!

First off, I must mention that pictures of this place on many booking engines, etc are out of date as it seems all rooms have been renovated. Our One Bedroom unit was immaculate, definitely renovated in the recent past and everything was neat and clean; matching the unit pictures on their own website. We had a nice patio with table/chairs, lounge chairs, grill, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The resort grounds are also beautiful and well maintained. The property itself is nice, quiet, and laid back. We barely saw a few others during our stay and had the pools and hot tubs to ourselves any time we ventured over to them. The location was perfect for us with plenty within close range and right off of Palm Canyon drive for easy access anywhere. The office staff were all very friendly and they were extremely helpful during check-in. Overall we'd highly recommend this place and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future if we return to Palm Springs.

The place is well located, big room with all service and a big pool: l definitely recommend it:

This place has issues, as did we when we stayed. I booked two rooms for two on a business trip. My partner has no hot water for her shower, two days she was there. Reported it first day, was not repaired. I arrived early, room not ready, which was fine. Asked for access to pool to wait, got key card, good. No towels at pool, asked two employees there could I get one, they said those are in the room......told them My room wasn't ready. They did not offer to get me a towel.... room was well worn, certainly not updated. Went to front desk to get change for pop machine, she gave me change, went down to room that said ice and vending. NO vending machines.......breakfast ok, but very limited seating and if weather bad, like we had, extremely limited seating

Price-wise the place is very reasonable. The pool was the perfect! The warmest that we were in during our visit to multiple pools throughout the weekend. When the place gets parked parking can be an issue but they will do their best to accommodate you. Lastly the most frustrating part of the stay was the key card door for our room which you had to stick in and out multiple times to get it to recognize the card which is really frustrating late at night when you really have to use the restroom and can’t get in the room immediately. The doors to the rooms should be as easy to get into as the door to the hotel itself. It did have everything we needed microwave, fridge, coffee pot, iron. It’s not most up to date location but it’s definitely work the price and proximity is great.

Hotel is old, by no means is this a luxury hotel. The one part looks super run down and scary. The bathroom was dated, the door would not open all the way do to the toilet being in some weird angle, it was the public toilet style and had a fun slant when you sit down. The pool is.big and nice seating options. There a security guy who walks around but he almost makes you feel like you can't enjoy the outside areas after dark. You patio area is small, ans the light make it'd evasive to enjoy it. Over all 3.5.
