El hotel está un poco alejado del centro pero la línea 4 de autobús te lleva hasta allí. El personal de recepción es súper amable y simpático, te ayudan o proporcionan la información que necesitas, es lo mejor del hotel. Puedes tener una plancha de ropa dejando una fianza de 20 e que te devuelven el día de salida. Las habitaciones están bastante viejas y huelen como a rancio mezclado con humedad. En el baño hace bastante frío ya que tiene una rendija abierta que da directamente a la calle y no se puede cerra ni tapar. Es una pena porque las habitaciones tienen mucho potencial si se les hiciese una pequeña reforma. Las vistas desde la terraza del hotel son maravillosas al puerto.

A great hotel with restaurants, cafes and bars close by. Quiet street within approx 10mins walk of main squares, shopping, bus terminal and the train to Soller. Easy walk down to the harbour front. Great staff, friendly, helpful and bi lingual. A complimentary drink voucher was an added bonus. Airport bus stop opposite for arrival and round the corner for return journey. Really helpful. Top floor room with views down to the harbour and across town. Comfortable bed, bit harder than I personally like, choice of pillows. Good safe, had air con, but we didnt use it, opening window which was lovely and plenty of space. Good bathroom some bathroom supplies and decent hairdryer. Would recommend.

Welcome to paradise. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is situated off a narrow street and within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The rooms were very well appointed and always immaculate. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. The only criticism I would make about breakfast is that you should provide guests with a menu for hot breakfast. We had a few drinks in the bar during our stay and it was very quiet. An idea would be to have some low level background music on. It truly was a delightful stay at this hotel. Palma is such an amazing city with plenty to see and do. Thank you to all the staff at the Summum for a great holiday.

We arrived early on the 14th, fortunately as I wanted a twin room we could go to the room at 10.30am. Taxi was €18 to the hotel but for some reason taxis keep putting on supplement charges which took it up to €25. Reception was a really nice and friendly, who explained everything to us. I chose the solarium room, good choice I think, but there was a sewage smell though the corridor. Beds were lovely and comfy, very thick pillows and I mean thick 🤣, slippers and dressing gowns are provided along with a free safe and mini fridge where beer, water, lemonade, orange and apple tizer are restocked daily. Two normal tables beside the bed with no storage, I would get rid of them and put small bedside cabinets there so you can put your undies there. There is a fairly large table with built in sockets under the TV which is far too big and trouble getting around the bed, change it from round to rectangle and problem solved. I don’t go on holiday to watch TV but they only had one English Channel which is sky news. I would have liked to watch a film before bed. One big issue which is no fault of the hotel, are rowdy guests sitting and hollering at 2/3am in the morning and they just didn’t shut up, no consideration for other guests. Lovely shower with body lotion supplied, however ours was empty and not restocked. Great hairdryer and two mirrors one being full length. If you are on the larger side then the toilet cubicle will be very hard to manoeuvre, very snug. I think only 6 hangers are supplied, fortunately I brought my own. Breakfast was lovely, great views over the pool. Bacon is not like at home but you will not starve and staff are great. There is bike hire at the hotel if needed. To get to the harbour turn right out of the hotel then left at the end of the road, It’s a lot quicker route. To get to the cathedral is about 25 minute walk with restaurants on the way but there is a lot of road work going on so some places are hard to get to. Hop on / off bus is regular and is €20 each. We also went to FAN shopping mall by the airport, good shops. A lot of places are shut on Sundays. We was lucky with the weather and had a great 5 day stay.

I booked this Hotel through Jet2holidays. About 10 days before our trip, Jet2 emailed me to tell me that the swimming pool would not be available during our stay. I immediately emailed the Hotel to confirm that the sunbathing are and sunbeds would definitely be open and available during our three night stay. I received an email to say, yes of course they will be open, and only the pool will be shut. On Tuesday 8th May I collected a pool towel from Reception and was told to make my way up to the pool area. When I got to the 6th Floor, I was told the whole area was shut! The reason I booked this Hotel was because it had an outside sunbathing area. If they had told me when I emailed them that this was closed, I would have taken up Jet2's offer to move us. Our bed was probably the most uncomfortable Hotel bed I have ever slept in. It must of been the cheapest they could buy. If the management ever come to the UK, I hope they try a Premier Inn bed for half the price and 100% better. Another slight ****** is that on arrival you are asked to pay an extra 18 Euro Tax. Why isn't this stated in the advance information. There is absolutely no information whatsoever in the room about anything. How the TV works, times of breakfast, where to go, local restaurants etc., If you ask at the Reception they will give you a sheet with some restaurant recommendations. I have stayed in a Melia Hotel before and this was substandard. A free drink and use of the indoor pool doesn't cut it when you are looking forward to a few hours in the sunshine.
