We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. Claudia (on front desk) and Fasie (not sure I've spelt his name right) in the rooftop bar went out of their way to make us feel special. But, as I've said, everybody went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely experience. The breakfasts were incredible - everything imaginable that one could want and constantly replenished. The amount of choice was extraordinary and everything super fresh. The location of the hotel was perfect for both accessing the water front and being able to walk from the hotel into the centre. When we return (which we will) we shall choose a different category of room. Our room was a courtyard option which we found very dark with nowhere to sit. There were two very uncomfortable, barely functional, chairs, so even having a morning coffee in the room was not very appealing. However, the bathroom was excellent, which is so important. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We are hoping to return in May 2025.

From the lovely welcome - a chilled glass of Cava as we arrived, the wonderful staff at this great little hotel made this a perfect place to stay. The hotel is set in an old tile factory, with beautiful tiles displayed around the building and in every room. An easy stroll into the old town and on bus routes around Mallorca. I can’t remember staying in a hotel where the staff are so helpful, friendly and kind - can’t wait to go back. Gracias, sentimos que hemos hecho nuevos amigos

My partner and I went to melia Palma bay in October 2024. Would say from the service and attitude of a few staff it was More 3* A few notes to bear in mind Pool bar often not manned and you were expected to order via the app and they bring drinks but to be honest the signal Wasn’t great and it’s frustrating having to do that. I went down to the bar which is breakfast room in the morning turned into bar later in the day but they wouldn’t let me take drinks up to the pool bar. All in all very frustrating! Also the staff that manned the bar at certain times of day were rude and unhelpful to my partner when he asked to top his beer up as low in the glass . When I asked about towels they said no towels And promptly ignored Me. Towels did come later but we had been using same towels for an hour from day before. We had a lovely stay in Palma. Beautiful place and restaurant across road called Aroma serving Indian food on beach front was absolutely beautiful. Amazing cuisine.. Would think twice about the melia Palma bay though in future. Location great for beach that may be it’s saving grace as just over the road. Very clean hotel which was important to us

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro pero la línea 4 de autobús te lleva hasta allí. El personal de recepción es súper amable y simpático, te ayudan o proporcionan la información que necesitas, es lo mejor del hotel.
Puedes tener una plancha de ropa dejando una fianza de 20 e que te devuelven el día de salida.
Las habitaciones están bastante viejas y huelen como a rancio mezclado con humedad. En el baño hace bastante frío ya que tiene una rendija abierta que da directamente a la calle y no se puede cerra ni tapar. Es una pena porque las habitaciones tienen mucho potencial si se les hiciese una pequeña reforma.
Las vistas desde la terraza del hotel son maravillosas al puerto.

The hotel itself is nice- clean rooms and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is good (although very, very deep so not for kids) and the breakfast had a decent selection. The main problem we had was the noise! We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road was constant and we couldn’t really use the balcony. It also made it difficult to sleep. We were also woken up multiple times by other guests who came in at all hours drunk, shouting, singing and clattering around. So if you’re planning to stay here my advice would be into request a room at the back of the hotel and take ear plugs!

Ottima struttura ben posizionata vicina ai mezzi pubblici. Camera bella spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, la nostra aveva una bellissima vista mare. Ottima pulizia e colazione. Gentilissimo il personale. Il giorno della partenza, avevamo il volo di rientro la sera, ci è stata data possibilità di lasciare i bagagli la mattina per poter girare la città e nel tardo pomeriggio avevamo a disposizione una camera di cortesia per una doccia. Consigliato.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien, le personnel est bienveillant et ils font tous leurs possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable.
Cependant la chambre n'était pas composé d'un lit double mais de deux lits simples confortable tout de même. Mais le plus embêtant c'est le simple vitrage et les rideaux qui laisse entrer de la lumière. Pour un quatre étoiles et assez surprenant mais le séjour c'est tout de même bien passé et la bienveillance du personnel rajoute vraiment une expérience satisfaisant, merci beau à leurs travaillent quotidien !
Ps : n'hésitez surtout pas à prendre le petit déjeuner, il est sous forme de buffet et ils est vraiment bon! De plus si vous devez prendre l'avion le lendemain avant l'ouverture du buffet vous aurez le droit à un bon pic-nik préparé par eux ☺️

The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in.
But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x

We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.

PPengguna TetamuGreat modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

PPengguna TetamuThis was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, it was an okay stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Any questions we had, they were always there to help. As far as location, this hotel is basically in Little Germany. Every single store, restaurant, and bar was in German and/or catered to Germans. If you’re looking for a local flare or spot, you will not find it here. The resort is beachfront but Playa de Arenal is SUPER crowded. When we booked our stay, we selected sea view. However, when we arrived, our room was on floor 1 and our “sea view” was blocked by the pool and cabanas. We should have had a room on the higher floors. My room had ants, which stayed in a small corner of the room. Room itself was clean, bathroom shower could have been scrubbed a bit more, and bedding was somewhat comfortable. Room also seemed outdated and could have used a refresh. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included but always ventured out to explore the island during the day and evening, so dinner was never on property. The hotel is 15 min from the airport, which is nice plus as well. For my next Mallorca adventure, I’ll be staying somewhere else that has more of the local vibe and flare.

PPengguna TetamuMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

Highly recommend the bar next door for drinks, and breakfast, also a very new Japanese restaurant next door to that, with the best sushi I've had, and exceptional value.

RRaymond TCYThe resort is near the airport. The beach is only around 50 meters walk from the resort. The room is clean with a balcony, but they did not provide a kettle and free bottled water. Wifi is strong, breakfast spread is ok. Got a lot of pool chair for you to sun tan.

RRosaelxViajé con mi hija adolescente y nos apsamos las mejores vacaciones de mi vida, el personal del hotel fantastico y muy amable, el buffet muy surtido y todo estaba caliente y en su punto, las habitaciones muy limpias aunque el moviliario no era muy moderno, era todo gente joven y chavales en viaje fin de curso por lo que si quieres tranquilidad solicita alguno de los edificios más arriba en el complejo hotelero, tienen animadores y tiendecitas dentro...a mi me gustó lo recomiendo
