Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl, von frischem Obst über Joghurt bis zu Käse und Schincken sowie Rührei und wechselnde warme Speisen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war stehts hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön groß und sehr schön Eingerichtet. Die Dachteresse ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit einem kleinen Pool. Im großen und ganzen ein Top Hotel im Zentrum von Palma, komme gerne wieder.

This is our quick go to hotel been coming here for at least 12 years it's kept clean and tidy maids in everyday food always hot something for everyone could do with a refurbishment as it's looking very tired all staff very friendly bar price very reasonable really miss not having a small table on the balcony as we like to sit and read /phone with a glass or cuppa in a morning .

Very good all round hotel. All areas clean & tidy, good selection of food available at breakfast & dinner. Lunches available in bar area & outside pool seating area, reasonable selection of food choices. Wide selection of wines available. Room was very clean & tidy and cleaned daily, nice balcony overlooking sea & pool area. Entertainment on 3 of the nights we stayed and was of a good standard. Good location only a short walk into C'an pastilla, bus stop right outside hotel with regular very cheap service to either Palma or Arenal Would recommend.

I genuinely can't understand what we were charged 560 EUR per night for. To start, we arrived at 8 a.m. and were told there were no available rooms. I understand that check-in officially begins at 3 p.m., but I've traveled extensively and stayed at various hotels worldwide where I was able to check in earlier. I'm not sure what determines this policy. Eventually, we were given a room around noon, though it was a different room type. Since we had traveled all night, we accepted this. Secondly, the breakfast... I’ve stayed at many 4- and 5-star hotels, and this was certainly not a 5-star breakfast. It wasn’t that much about the limited selection, but the quality. Everything tasted bland. From the oily scrambled eggs, oily omelet to the bruschettas drenched in oil, nothing was flavorful. It felt as though the hotel was cutting costs by serving basic buffet items like sliced carrots and beetroot, carrot cake, and inedible pastries. We came to celebrate my birthday. My husband asked the hotel manager for assistance in arranging a birthday surprise for me, such as flowers or a small cake (which he was, of course, willing to pay for). The reception mentioned that flowers will be problematic, but assured him they would come up with something. The next morning, nothing happened at breakfast, and nothing was delivered to our room throughout the day. It wasn’t until after we returned from dinner in the city that my husband briefly mentioned his disappointment to a staff member. Only then did they bring a cake from the kitchen, with the excuse that they had planned to deliver it late in the evening. But who eats cake at 11 p.m.? The room was stylish and nice, but the shower door design was poor, causing water to flood the dressing area each time we used it. The beach at the hotel is small and public. While the view is pleasant, there’s no privacy. I believe this is common for beaches in Mallorca. The pool would have been a good alternative, but the water was freezing throughout our stay, and we didn’t swim there once. The hotel claims it’s about 400 meters from the marina. However, this is only true if you take a narrow, dangerous path behind the hotel, along the edge of a cliff, and then another cliff and beach. The views are great, but the route is neither safe nor convenient. The other way is a 1.5 km walk up and down the streets. Taking a taxi is a better option. On our last evening, we asked for a packed breakfast since we were leaving early, before breakfast hours. Instead, food was delivered via room service but left outside in the hallway because we had a ”do not disturb” sign on. No one notified us, and we only discovered it as we were leaving. Had we known they would deliver the food to the room, or that room service was available before 8 a.m., I would have ordered a proper breakfast, not just apples and juice meant to take away. Sehr gutes Hotel mit leckeren Buffets. Hatten Halbpension und das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Hotel hat zudem eine schöne kleine Poolanlage. Zum Strand und Bierkönig ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Die Lage ist also top

Good location, the beach is just across the road. Lots of stores, suppermarkets, restaurants nearby hotel. A2 Express bus from airport to hotel one way €5, only 1 mins walk from stop to hotel. Breakfast and dinner are with reasonable choices, good enough to make you full but not quite tasty. Plenty of fresh fruits which is awesome. Seaview from hotel restaurants and rooftop pool is lovely.

If one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

Très bien situé. Face à la playa. Mais aussi si vous êtes véhiculés pour bouger sur le reste de l’île. La chambre n’avait rien d’exceptionnelle mais reste correcte. La Clim fonctionne bien mais cependant un peu bruyante pour ceux qui auraient le sommeil léger. Perso, on a préféré la couper la nuit. Le parking est payant. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top! On a hâte de se réveiller pour en profiter. A noter qu’il y a un dress code pour le dîner au restaurant cap roig ainsi que pour la terrasse/piscine du 5eme étage qui est interdite aux enfants.
