Globales Palmanova

Our second time at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds. No problems with cleaning, just put the tag on the door and your towels in the shower if you want them changing. Food is varied, very Spanish (but isn’t that part of the reason that you go to Spain) we paid for premium again, we feel that it is worth it especially if you are there without kids. This hotel is in a great spot for getting to the seafront and the shops/ bars. The only negatives, entertainment didn’t start until 9.30 and was a bit ‘hit and miss’, ( the animation team were great) I feel that the drinks are maybe watered down, I could drink g&t all night and not feel like I had drunk any alcohol, and I wish that the sports bar had been open, maybe as adults only, it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit in a quieter area in the evenings away from all of the kids running around. I agree the birds eating the food in the pool bar is an issue, maybe only opening one of the doors and having the food fully covered somehow may help

Second time We have been at this Hotel and found it was mostly satisfactory The Good things were the staff who always had a smile and were very efficient.The Cleaning of the bedrooms were superb. Pool area good and Pool bar and snack area good The food in the main Restaurant was mainly good especially the breakfast but the Dinner and Lunch Did not reach a great standard at times in my opinion. It would help if some labels would also state the English Translation Full compliments to the Chef for the Sweets variation but some of the meat dishes were not too a lot of people's likes Entertainment was good and well planned One question is if you wished to have a. Quiet time in the Bar Lounge /entertainment area in the day you had to bring your drink from the pool bar which was inconvenient as the main bar area did not open until 1830 The last item is the Internet is not great as I had to use my network very often but overall Hotel Palmanova thank you for a great 10 Days Holiday See you again

Lovely friendly staff,clean room,comfortable bed,spacious enough,food was plentiful,great choice,different choices every meal time,replenished often so always hot,pool area was spacious,clean,plenty of sun lounges and table and chairs,lovely pool bar serving drinks and food,exactly what I thought it would be and would,in my opinion,give it 9/10 only because of my mobility issues there were a lot of people in the dining room,which made me feel uncomfortable,I would return,I enjoyed my few days there

Recently returned from our 3rd visit & while the hotel on the whole is ok it has gone downhill.Still a foul smell in & outside reception,alcoholic drinks poor quality,restaurant food quality & variation poor,watery "fruit juice" from machine at breakfast & no omelette option.Some bar staff more interested in chatting with each other even with long queues.Still a problem with birds standing on & eating food at pool bar.Management reply to another reviewer who pointed this out was told this could not happen as food was covered & if it did food would be replaced but this is not always true.Hot food is not covered & we witnessed up to 6 sparrows standing on & eating pizza,chips etc.Pastries,cakes,cold meats etc are protected by glass sliding doors at the front but we saw sparrows entering from the back of the cabinets which are open standing on & eating the food.Night entertainment poor.****** nights limited audience & circus act more for kids than adultsThese are not only our opinions but also of other guests we talked to.On a personal note we had an accessible room which had a seat in shower area but no handrails ?

The hotel its self was nice, good location the staff were very pleasant. However the food wasn't good they mention in the replies on the reviews that they use fresh vegetables, however some of them appeared frozen or tinned, we ate out on some nights after we looked to see what was on offer. The pool bar was fine as was the food there but the birds were pecking at the pizzas as they are not undercover, I mentioned it to the staff, who smiled and nodded so kept off the pizzas I definitely wouldn't go back because of the food and most of people we spoke to had the same opinion

Have stayed at Globales Santa Maria palma nova 3 times and watched it go down bank !! So we came here for a change, This hotel could teach the Santa Maria a lot … better food (by a mile ) Better sun loungers Better entertainment Lovely friendly a**osphere I would definitely recommend this one if you are undecided Well done everyone at Globales palma nova ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here for 7 nights in April, on an All Inclusive basis. The room we opted for was a pool view with views out to sea. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard during our stay. The food was very good. The staff were polite and helpful. We have stayed here before so we know the score. Great hotel in a great location. Only slight gripe again was the freezing outdoor pool and the cost of the room safe.

Check in smooth,rooms small and basic,housekeeping brilliant done before we got back from breakfast.Thought token idea really good and the staff enforced it food at pool bar would not touch due to birds.Food in restuarant was hit and miss idont eat desserts and biscuitsand cheese selection terrible.this was a cheap extra hol

The worst hotel I've ever been to would not advise Firstly all inclusive means all inclusive but not here the hotel only provide 1 cup of water at a time we are not allowed to fill up a bottle.... bottles can be bought for 2 euro 500ml disgraceful The fridge is disconnected and does not reach a socket Shower pressure is terrible and cubicle really small Food is indescribably awful 15 euro a day for vip terrace which is a disgrace when all inclusive as it should be in Drinks are very week unless you tip the staff which they are willingly open about Staff are rude but the locals outside the hotel are lovely The pool opens late morning 1030 and closes early evening 6pm which is a joke When things are questioned it's the same answer (managers choice) Good points or point is the hotel is clean and they have English tv channels
