Location was near both beaches and nightlife without being so close as to be annoying. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

Posting this review on behalf of my parents who have recently been on holiday here for two weeks. They had been to this hotel around the same time last year and had a brilliant experience. But this time round they were met with some disappointments. They believe that the standards have deteriorated. The service is brilliant within the hotel, my parents had left a note whilst booking that it was their anniversary. They made this special and really went out their way for my parents, sending them fruits and a bottle of cava. They had also requested a top floor room and they had received this too. It’s just the small things they believe had deteriorated and they are disappointed with their stay this time round. Food: Last year the standard of food was definitely five star standard. This year Breakfast was reaching standards but the evening meals were disappointing, food didn’t seem fresh and were kept under the lamps for a long periods of time. Vegetables were too hard. And it seemed they were being served the same type of food everyday for two weeks, there wasn’t a huge amount of variety. Which lead to my parents eating out most nights. Air conditioning: As my parents went the same time last year they had air conditioning. This year across the hotel it was turned off and staff said air con won’t be available until June. My mum is currently going through her menopause and finds it difficult sleeping in warm rooms, so she had complained many times before being offered a fan from one of the staff members. The rooftop pool was a vibrant blue colour last year. Whereas this year it was more of a murky colour, looked dirty and unkempt. Overall they were left disappointed with their two week stay here as they had paid for the quality of a five star hotel and was left unsatisfied with the feeling that they would have had a better experience in the four star hotel across the street

Just had a week in this hotel! We had a 3 hour delay so arrived Mallorca at midnight but worse than that, was made to sit on the transfer coach for over an hour, waiting we think for more flights to come in! Very annoying and no explanation given by jet2 😡. Got to our hotel at 2am, lost a complete evening! Hotel is lovely, albeit no atmosphere at all in lobby bar! Empty most of the time. Pool area is small and you need to be early to get a sunbed, think they’re trying to resolve this. Rooms are lovely, small and very open plan to make them feel bigger. Not much storage albeit took us 6 days to find the drawers! Bathrooms are open, we don’t like that, no privacy. Glass doors on toilet and shower. Not great when you can see your partner on the loo while you’re cleaning your teeth. Spotless though and whole hotel smells amazing! Food is ‘good’ but luke warm unless you go for the cooked in front of you option. But samey after a week tbh. Staff are lovely in every area! Friendly and so very helpful. They work such long hours but nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is on the edge of magaluf so be prepared for late night/early hours roudiness. We also had to endure Bob next door who was very loud, seemed to be moving the furniture, back at 6am, on the phone shouting his woes of his relationship!!!! Fortunately only for 2 nights! I hope he’s resolved his issues and his cough and snorting are better now! I think we’d go back!

Having stayed in many hotels i feel this hotel did not live up to our expectations, the staff and the hotel its self was a good standard. However the restaurant was the biggest let down the food was either cold or Luke warm and i have never been in a restaurant where you had to pay for water with your evening meal

Positives: Beautiful hotel Breakfast fabulous Nice pool Friendly staff Very clean Palma nova is beautiful Negatives: Not enough sunbeds Daily fight to get a sunbed unless your prepared to pay €40 a day for the premium ones or €75 for the sky pool I didn’t expect that in a 5*hotel Sunbeds are in the shade until lunch

Generally good stay. Beds and pillows are so comfy. Pool area is good although you have to be up early to get a bed around the pool. We only had breakfast but found this to be quite basic and not what you have expected for a 5 star hotel. Overall I would say this is a 4 star hotel

Best location, very good service, we loved the pool areas, both the one on the ground floor as well as the pool at the roof top bar. Close to the beach, supermarkets, nice restaurants. Superb breakfast buffet! Clean, safe and updated hotel. We will definitively come back!!

Lovely hotel great position .staff so friendly and helpful. Even said hello in the street when off duty Hotel was very clean food was really good great choice a freshly cooked Nice little outside gym area Only negative from me coffee was so week in the morning and from a machine 75 euros for a bed for the day I would recommend this hotel for couples who want a nice relaxing stay but still close to the action . We would go back
