Good for its price, but it has a typical check inn motel vibes. The water has a strong smell of rust and the water heater is not properly working. But the wifi connection is great.

**Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Safety and Security Incident at RedDoorz KBL Transient, San Fernando, Pampanga** I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding my stay at **RedDoorz KBL Transient, San Fernando, Pampanga** from **June 2 to June 4, 2026**. Upon checking in on June 2, I immediately noticed that the doorknob of my room was defective and that the back portion of the lock mechanism was exposed and unsecured. Although I was concerned about the condition of the door, I decided to proceed with my stay since I had already made an advance payment and was exhausted from traveling. The first night passed without incident. However, during the early morning of **June 4, at approximately 2:00–2:30 AM**, after returning from a wedding around 1:00 AM, I heard someone attempting to manipulate and open my doorknob. When I checked, I saw that the doorknob was indeed being moved from outside. Unable to open the door because I had engaged the double lock, the individual began forcefully pushing and banging on the door. Fearing for my safety, I shouted for help and repeatedly tried calling the contact number provided by the accommodation, but no one answered. Despite my calls for assistance, no staff member came to respond. Left with no other option, I contacted the police. When the police arrived, they also discovered that the rear portion of the door lock was exposed and unsecured, which posed a serious security risk to guests. What further disappointed me was the response I received from the property management. Instead of taking accountability and addressing my concerns seriously, I was told that it was allegedly the first time such an incident had happened and that it "might have just been a cat." Given the circumstances, including the physical manipulation of the doorknob and the forceful banging on the door, I find this explanation dismissive and insensitive. This incident has caused me significant distress and trauma. As a solo guest, I expected a safe and secure environment. The defective lock, lack of immediate assistance during an emergency, and the absence of accountability afterward demonstrate a serious failure to ensure guest safety and security. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate actions be taken to improve the safety and security measures of the property. I also hope that management will acknowledge the seriousness of this incident and provide a proper response regarding the risks I was exposed to during my stay. For me, the property failed the RedDoorz standards. The room is untidy and full of dust. There are mosquitoes. The walls are dirty. The paint of the wall is old and has scratches. The headboard is dusty. No toothbrush and toothpaste. No tissue paper. No bottled water. No trashcan. The wall clock is not working. There is no mirror in the room except one dirty and small mirror in the bathroom. The on and off switch of the lights are so dirty even the windows. We requested for toiletries. They told us they run out stock. We requested for a tissue paper but they put it ioutside in the window full of dust. We paid for the early check-in though we requested for it when we booked online. They did not give us receipt. Considering the room is already available the time we arrived, they should have considered us for an early check-in without additional charges. The owners are not accommodating. I hope you will call their attention about the complaints from us and the other guests who booked in the property. We booked for two nights but because of what we have experienced in the property, we only stayed for one night and did not receive a refund for the one night we weren't able to use.

The location is not easily accessible, especially for those unfamiliar with the area. It's actually near PLDT San Fernando and beside Robinson's Easymart.

It’s an okay place to stay when your on your budget but the internet connection is very slow, the bathroom has big window with no curtains.

Its just really good for a short stay. I suggest u bring ur own towel, their towel doesnt absorb much. Beddings can also be improved. But good thing is there is a robinsons easymart just outside the property.

We were accommdated by the owners and they were very welcoming. If you want hassle free booking and convenient stay, I recommend this place. The Owners are very nice.

It was a good stay! Hassle-free check in. Would just advise them to update their location on Google Maps, since the pinned location isn't their exact location. But overall, t'was a good overnight stay 👌🏻

All requested prior to check-in were done. The location is in the city center. Room is presentable and a nice place to stay. No wifi because undermaintenance to improve the connection. For cellular signal Globe is weak, better use Smart or Dito in that area. Overall a good place to stay.

Just a short walk away from the bus stop to Angeles. Close to supermarket and the church as well as the wet market. Staff are helpful and the place is quiet for sleep. Hot water available too.

The room is clean ,the service is good
