Ulasan Pamukkale Whiteheaven Suite Hotel

Airport bus sent us right opposite the hotel and the owner Ismir was there welcoming us. The hotel is very close to the Pamukkale town entrance near to the restaurants and the room is spacious. Ismir is extremely helpful, preparing our breakfast and offered to drop us at the south gate of Pamukkale without fee the next day. We had a relaxing swim at the swimming pool before we headed out to the Pamukkale in the evening and the hotel staffs were all very friendly and helpful, offering us watermelon and water to keep us hydrated from the summer heat. Highly recommended.

Hotel is a good area, but there are no amenities at this time but they traveled staff are very helpful. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are big and comfortable, but they are dated With the horrible views of road or empty trash yards. They offered free erfan dance show for the hotel guest, but their fees for the hot balloon ride is double what is if booked outside of the hotel?

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

Our room had a malfunctioning a/c which was not cooling the room at all. It’s summer weather (July) and the heat was unbearable. Hotel refused to admit that the a/c was broken and blamed it on the weather. We had to repeatedly insist before they begrudgingly came to inspect the broken a/c. Even so, they tried to fool us with the explanation that if they replaced the remote control, the a/c will work. Never have I encountered a tourism / hospitality establishment be so bold and dishonest!!!! We had to repeatedly insist before they finally gave us a different room with a working a/c. Took them an entire afternoon to finally change our room. Horrendous!!!! If not for the fact that they are banking on the attraction Pamukkale, I DO NOT and absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Had great time

We really love this experience in Pamukkale, not only because of the clean and big room, and also the lovely treat from the hotel. As we stayed here to spend our Chinese New Year's Eve, the host treat us some great wine and drinks. We can drive just 5 mins to Pamukkale which is really convenient. More importantly, the breakfast is wonderful, we enjoyed a lot! Thank you!

This hotel was the coziest one we stayed in during our entire trip. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us various recommendations, including for the spa and hot air balloon rides. The room was warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided free beer, and the breakfast was rich. Upon departure, the owner even gifted us local handicrafts as a present.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.
