I stayed for 5 nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. They all went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay, helped booking cabs, provide suggestions. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location was also great, safe and a few minutes walk to the beach and Dona Paula circle. I loved staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

The service was very good . Though there were few misses on mentioning to the team they were immediately attended to. Worth for money. The room ambiance was good as shown in their photos. Special mention to the service team in the morning buffet so we’re kind and patient and special mention Ms. Nethra who ***aged the floor very well and did a wonderful service not only to us but to all the clients who were there.😊👌. Stay with a family of 3 the hotel is at prime location of panjim, walkable distance to ritz classic, godinhos, kokni canteen etc and all of the casinos like deltin, big daddy, majestic pride and few others. Food is good, we utilised only their breakfast as we had travel-led to visit the local restaurants and casinos breakfast has good options, we had parathas, boiled eggs, masala omelette, idle sambhar chutney toast bread with butter/jam with tea and coffee service was great and staff was helpful. Recommended for family.

Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary.
We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views.
Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice.
However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well!
The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment.
Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

Nothing at fault at all. Room was great so as the hotel itself and the location. Food was amazing . Lots of options including pancakes waffles egg Benedict and ***y more, all freshly backed, cooked .
Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.

The highest standard service!!! The best breakfasts and dinners , as foreigners we could try the local cousine which is awesome!!
The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality so that we decided to extend our stay. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranked as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!

TTravellin JackThe hotel is showing its age. But the staff are courteous and respond quickly, the water in the bathroom is hot, the bed is big and comfortable, and the river view from our elite suite was great.
Breakfast was average for this type of accommodation. The highlight was the daily rearrangement of the cutlery.
Cleanliness could be better. TV and internet could be improved. But overall, not bad for a budget hotel.

Complimentary breakfast has limited option but ok. We were 3 members, one was getting late asked to keep the breakfast but hotel denied and if served in room shall be chargeable. Room was good but toilet was little smelly though exhaust fan was working unable to understand the reason.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at surya kiran heritage hotel for two days. First off the location - the location is at a perfect place with all places of panjim accessible. It is near the main road but yet away from all the noise and din. Property - the property is a 110 old bunglow. It is aesthetically decorated with antique pieces placed all around the corners. The verandah at the centre of the bunglow was decorated beautifully with plants and a small water outlet with fishes. Just makes you happy. Rooms: the rooms are large with a large box bed just like olden days. The rooms are clean with all amenities. Well maintained. The standard room where we stayed had access to the outer balcony where we could sit and have breakfast. Bathrooms: the bathrooms are huge and clean. The fittings are all modern with ample water supply. Breakfast : the breakfast is a simple affair. There is no buffet, one has to order. The poha and the team served were delicious. The property is well maintained and absolutely clean. It was a wonderful stay.

I had a lovely time staying at Prainha Resort by the Sea for 4 nights in February 2024 to attend a wedding, also held at the resort. I booked a 'deluxe sea-facing room' and was not disappointed. The room was incredibly spacious with a king-sized bed, a sofa, two arm chairs, a desk and chair, private bathroom and large private balcony overlooking the gardens, restaurant and ocean. The room was incredibly clean and was serviced daily, with two large bottles of water delivered every morning, which was a lovely touch. Our room had air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a mini fridge, with ample storage and wardrobe space. We didn't utilise the restaurant - we only ate at the resort during the two wedding days (for free, provided by the bride and groom). We went elsewhere on our other days because we felt that Prainha's food and drink was rather overpriced compared to other establishments in walkable distance. For example, a can of Coke at Prainha cost 177 Rupees (£1.70) but was 30 Rupees (£0.30) everywhere else. The cost of the room was very good - for me and my friend who shared the most expensive style of room, it came to £152 each for 4 nights with breakfast included. Sensational! The gardens were maintained well. The pool was gorgeous and warm, and you have access to a beach on your doorstep - largely covered in plastic that had washed up but there are people who clean the beach daily, I think, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Staff were lovely and accommodating, helping to arrange taxis etc. If I ever found myself in Goa again, I would love to stay at this resort. A slice of paradise.

PPengguna TetamuInitially we were skeptical about the place, however ,the moment we checked out the rooms, we were sure of occupying the rooms comfortably for the next 2 days. Very neat, clean spacious rooms with a sit out space. You feel connected and get that 'at-home' feel esp after going thro the mult fam photos and the Rebelos family tree, put up on walls, nd discovering that the place has more than a century old history! being located at the heart of the city, it has an easy access to places & is just a 3 min walk from cruise @ Mandovi. Good wifi connectivity available. Since meals not included in stay, we ordered online, necessary cutlery is provided at hotel. They hv a fridge storage & a microwave oven if needed. Our room had a kitchentte space, so eating in room was not at all messy. Owner is friendly and guides u well for local trips.

PPengguna TetamuStay was good. Room was ok as far as value for money is concerned. Less toileteries provided as compared to other hotels with similar range are concerned. No wifi password was shared. We never asked though. The bucket tumbler and stool provided in bath was dirty and unclean. It was a basic room. Food at the restaurant attached was good. Not so happy with room. Location of hotel is good calm and quiet place.
