Loveeeeeed it my second time staying here includes breakfast and shuttle service it’s a gem

It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a "standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed". That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

This is our third time staying here. Love the free shuttle to airport. The food was excellent in the hotel restaurant. Very friendly at reception and room was clean. The free breakfast was awesome and lots to choose from, hot and cold choices. Will be back again.

Quite big room, however, the room cleaners spay too much air perfume that makes the room odorous, even after two days we can feel the smell . Hotel near air port but the distance from Panama City is a little bit far. Shuttle bus to airport available at hourly base.

If you need to layover at Panama Tocumen and want to keep close to the airport in a hotel with airport transfer  , you have a choice of 2 sizeable hotels at similar prices  . Riande is by far the better hotel - room & bed , food , service and best of all a beautiful outdoor swimming pool . Free airport transfer .back yo terminal every hour .  About $10 - $12 Uber from terminal to hotel - 5/10 minute trip .  Highly Revommended

No issues. Airport shuttle was very easy, check in easy. The room was noce and clean and the wifi worked. Will stay there again on my next visit.

It's conveniently located near the airport. I was worried about whether I could get on the shuttle bus, but I was relieved to find out that I could.

As a frequent guest, I saw a noticeable deterioration in value for money The breakfast buffet offered less variety The WiFi, disabled throughout my stay I hope to see improvements on my next visit

The shuttle service from to hotel was terrible. They said on the hour and they go 45 minutes after.

Perfect hotel to spend night before departure from Panama. Make sure to book a pool access room. You will be able to enjoy a nice view on the beautiful garden and pool area from your own patio.

Positive: The proximity to the airport, the free shuttle service, the breakfast buffet is sufficient, the pool, the gym (although small is fine for a temporary workout). Negative: The sheets seem to be losing their original white color even though they looked washed or clean. TV channels not very varied.

Best value in Panama City. Stayed there for a long layover, and couldn't be more pleased. Grounds are beautiful, food was fantastic, and the 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport was incredibly convenient.

Difficult to review because we were only there for 10 hours. The building is luxurious. The suites very nice. It had a beautiful courtyard, what little we could see of it in the early morning light. Wake-up call didn't work and we ended up paying $10.00 for a 5-minute ride to the airport because the shuttle leaves only on the hour and we didn't make it. The "free" breakfast was worth every penny, but not much more. We have had better breakfasts at 3-star hotels.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful property as well.
