Hotel 3 Bintang di Panama City

Muy por debajo de lo aceptable, todo es sucio, las llaves no funcionan, los baños no tienen cortina y puerta, el aire acondicionado estaba malo. Resumen, reservamos 8 habitaciones (amigos viajando desde Costa Rica), decidimos perder nuestro dinero porque aunque no dormimos ni una noche no quisieron devolver nada. A las 7pm aun no habían toallas limpias, la vista de nuestro cuarto era a un patio de luz que en realidad era un basurero... y así olía. El hotel resulto ser un lugar donde las mujeres alegres esperan a sus clientes. Beautiful lobby, very good mattress, king size. Room and hallway a little dated but overall very clean and pleasant. Breakfast could have better options such as whole wheat bread, fresh croissant. Reception held our bags for us more than once, great service attitude.

Un Hotel económico, con transporte desde y hacia aeropuerto, piscina reunió mis expectativas. El hotel tiene instalaciones antiguas, pero cuenta con restaurante y valorando las ventajas antes enunciadas es una buena opción. Un buen detalle es que tienen báscula para pesar el equipaje. En el aeropuerto identificas al personal del transporte pues portan playera color naranja. Disfruta de Hotel Costa Inn porque: ¡La VIDA...es un VIAJE!

I cannot say enough about the front desk staff person. He was so kind about fixing a mistake I made. And traveling with a toddler is never easy, but we were allowed early check in, which was really above and beyond what we hoped for. All the stars for this stellar experience!!

Had a one night stay recently. For the price, the location wasn't bad at all. It's safe with many restaurants nearby in walking distance. Not too far from the attraction especially Uber is inexpensive in Panama. The staff was excellent. Friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. TV had a good variety. Most hardware in the room is new. Room was quiet. I had a good night rest. Now on to the not so great part - the hotel was fairly new. and the construction is really quite shoddy by US standards. 1. it's a 9 story building but they didn't appear to have built an internal water circuit. so when you turn the shower water on, find something to do - brush your teeth, etc. it'll take a good at least 5 minutes for the water to warm up. once it's warm, the shower was comfortable, but while I was waiting, I debated if I should get dressed and/or call the front desk. 2. the shower doesn't drain well because the marble floor was built too flat. so if you shower for more than 5 minutes, it floods half the main bathroom. there is another draining hole at the corner of the main bathroom but again, the surface was too flat to drain. 3. the shower head does not stay on the handle - completely due to bad workmanship and not allowing enough space. 4. the lobby restroom foam ceiling panel fell on my head as i opened the door. (no one was injured). so for one night it was fine. but i'm not sure if i would want to stay there for multiple nights or with a family. it's a shame because it's a fairly new hotel.

As two 30-year-old travelers, we recently stayed at the Riande Urban Hotel in Panama City and had a pretty positive experience overall. We had read online that it was a good idea to request a room opposite to the courtyard due to potential noise, so we did that and were glad we did. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with nice air-conditioning to keep us cool in the Panama City heat. The hotel's bar area was really cute and had a great vibe, with a pool adjacent to it that we enjoyed using. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was much appreciated. While the fitness room was a bit spartan for our tastes, we appreciated that it was available for guests to use. We also loved the hotel's location, which was close to public transport and within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, we would recommend the Riande Urban Hotel to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Panama City.
