Wifi and water pressure are both strong. 5. The personal butler touch was a bonus. Cons 1. The deluxe villa, which is supposed to be for 4 pax, is quite small. Its more suited for 2 pax. 2. Spa prices are quite steep. 3. Plunge pool is small. Management should consider making it heated, otherwise, guests will not find it of much use. 4. I understand that its an eco resort but a little more landscaping will make it more attractive to guests

Pros: 1. If you are going to do island hopping in hundred islands, this is the place to stay. Its the newest and i guess the biggest hotel in Alaminos right now. About 5 minutes to Lucap wharf. 2. The rooms are huge, particularly the junior sweet room. It also has 2 large aircons so even during summer, room temp will always be cool. 3. They offer free shuttle to Lucap Warf and to Bolo Beach. 4. Wifi is strong. Cons: 1. Water pressure is very weak. Also the water heater is very incosistent. 2. There is feint bad smell coming from the bathroom. It smells like sewer. 3. They have this weird policy of giving 2 bottled waters for a room with 4 declared occupants 4. Breakfast can be improved. It os a little bit cold. 5. Housekeeping staff is inconsistent. There are times where you have to call twice or thrice to follow up on your request.

Overnight stay, AC, clean, pleasant staff, ok breakfast, near outdoor markets for shopping. Hot water, good WIFI, cable. Good tricycle access to board walk area. 4 -water smells like rust, mattress was firm foam like material, rooms not very sound proof- a lot of moving of furniture above us.

On april 5 at 10pm i called their reservation front desk to confirm if theres available room and also our company discount. I wasnt able to get the name of the front desk who answered my call but instruction me to send sms of my info. On April 6, i went to the hotel to early check in but the apologized because if cannot see my name on their reservation list. instead of declining me, front desk personnel YNA made a way to look for available room for my family 💖 Im just so happy of their effort for going and beyond. Its my first time staying on this hotel and sury will come back. I love their rooms, and pool, their Buffet area is superb. The only thing i dont like is their Bathroom, it becomes flooded when u take a bath Lol. The sink is not fixed. aircon should not be centralized u need to call front desk to adjust the temp.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. It is a super new resort.

I’ve been to Levo Hotel on business 4 times in the last 6 months. The hotel facilities are quite new (although lacking a gym) but the processes seem to be a bit immature. As a result, there are some issues with the service as listed below. 1. Check-out is unreasonably slow. I recommend allowing 30 minutes for the checkout process. 2. The hotel charges a cash deposit of 2500 Pesos against the minibar, then housekeeping will manually check the contents of the minibar during checkout. Twice (of my 4 visits) they have tried to charge me for minibar items which I did not consume (perhaps due to a poor job of restocking). In both cases this took several phone calls to managers to resolve while I was made to wait. I highly recommend taking time-stamped photos of the minibar contents upon checkin in case this should happen to you. 3. They issue a paper receipt for the cash deposit. It is required to retain this slip of paper in order to be reimbursed. Do not lose it. All that said, there is literally no other decent hotel nearby, so you probably have no choice but to stay here. Hopefully the above advice helps you avoid most of the potential pitfalls with the service.

The building does look old, there’s only one small elevator, but I guess the staff more than makes up for it. They are responsive and very keen on making your stay comfortable!

The only drawback and really a little one is the staff service. I give this mark because they are really not helpful for giving touristic information for landmarks around, and especially for the Giant Clams - for me the real treasure around in this area.
Other than that, it is really a place to go and stay - there is no hotel around that can compare.

PPengguna TetamuThis resort already lost its former glory. We went to this resort to celebrate a birthday. We are about 18-20 pax. They only have one kiddie pool and one pool for adult which have a maximum of 6ft. The problem with the adult pool is they have a cordoned section for swimming lessons or i think its also used for training for schools, so sila lang halos nakakagamit nung portion na pool na nilagyan nila nang tali. I think its 3 - 4 lanes. So the rest nung mga gues which is nagbayad din naman nang entrance fee, eh dun na lang kami sa labas nung training area nila. I guess they need to choose, if gusto nila maging training ground yung pool nila, wag na sila mag accept nang guest kung hindi rin naman magamit nang maayos yung nag iisang adult pool nila. Bawal na rin daw ang videoke kasi nag rereklamo yung mga guest nila sa hotel which is katabi lang nang swimming area. We went there to enjoy and have fun pero because of the trainings in the swimming pool di kami nag enjoy. We planed to stay up to 9pm but because of we have encountered, umuwi na kami nang mga 5pm.

PPengguna TetamuVery affordable and right at the junction of the Five Star bus terminal. Most importantly, the only true pet-friendly hotel in Dagupan! Pros: 1. Price point - range is $20-$50 2. Good location - in front of Five Star, 7-11 downstairs, Mercury Drug is across the street, SM is a 5-minute walk 3. Amazing staff - They were friendly and welcoming. They insisted on carrying our bags. Check in and check out was a breeze 4. No pet fee - had 2 dogs and no extra charge 5. Surprisingly clean for an old room. Had no problem walking barefoot on the old and dingy tiles Cons: 1. Rooms could really use some fixing and refreshing. It was unimpressive at first but had to remind myself the good deal I was getting. They have an LCD TV, AC was working fine, and had a hot cold shower. As a pet owner and having to pay no pet fee, can’t complain as the room was sufficiently clean and served my need. 2. Road noise. It wasn’t terrible but more like filtered sound. You can still hear it but can be an issue for a light sleeper 3. Limited parking space. Only 2 slots available in front of the 7/11
