On april 5 at 10pm i called their reservation front desk to confirm if theres available room and also our company discount. I wasnt able to get the name of the front desk who answered my call but instruction me to send sms of my info. On April 6, i went to the hotel to early check in but the apologized because if cannot see my name on their reservation list. instead of declining me, front desk personnel YNA made a way to look for available room for my family 💖 Im just so happy of their effort for going and beyond. Its my first time staying on this hotel and sury will come back. I love their rooms, and pool, their Buffet area is superb. The only thing i dont like is their Bathroom, it becomes flooded when u take a bath Lol. The sink is not fixed. aircon should not be centralized u need to call front desk to adjust the temp.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Commendable air conditioning. Accommodating staff. I love the view from the veranda. The bridge’s Christmas adornment adds to the comfy feels of the season. Cars have lined up to stop and take photos with families. The hotel’s bathroom is also one to note, its clean!!! Room service is only until 11pm. Sadly, i was hoping for a french toast to perk up my morning. The 2 slices of french toast with 3pcs of viena sausage misses the taste of maple syrup. It looked sad. I hope they could improve on this.

The hotel is accessible and affordable. The staff are friendly as well. The hotel itself is a bit old so the amenities are not that good. But overall it's a good place to stay.

Pros: 1. Place looks new. Sheets and towels are also new and feels premium. 2. Breakfast was great esp the hot choco. 3. Front desk personnel were nice and very responsive. 4. Wifi and water pressure are both strong. 5. The personal butler touch was a bonus. Cons 1. The deluxe villa, which is supposed to be for 4 pax, is quite small. Its more suited for 2 pax. 2. Spa prices are quite steep. 3. Plunge pool is small. Management should consider making it heated, otherwise, guests will not find it of much use. 4. I understand that its an eco resort but a little more landscaping will make it more attractive to guests

Maybe the best hotel in Bolinao area. Excellent landscaping, swimming pools, garden, kids area.
The only drawback and really a little one is the staff service. I give this mark because they are really not helpful for giving touristic information for landmarks around, and especially for the Giant Clams - for me the real treasure around in this area.
Other than that, it is really a place to go and stay - there is no hotel around that can compare.

What a beautiful resort. The location is perfect - secluded from the noise of the world. My partner called the place heaven on earth. Very nice beachfront! Was able to capture great photos too! Awesome experience over-all. We will definitely return.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. It is a super new resort.

Stayed for a night at Lenox Dagupan during a weekend trip. Staff were courteous, helpful and welcoming. Check in was done in five minutes. Room and restroom were clean. Fresh linen with comfortable bed and, my favorite, fluffy pillows (seems to be new) . Good internet connection. Lots of interesting artwork in the hotel also. Can improve more on dampening the sound from outside. Overall, I'd highly recommend it for family and business travelers.

PPengguna TetamuThis resort already lost its former glory. We went to this resort to celebrate a birthday. We are about 18-20 pax. They only have one kiddie pool and one pool for adult which have a maximum of 6ft. The problem with the adult pool is they have a cordoned section for swimming lessons or i think its also used for training for schools, so sila lang halos nakakagamit nung portion na pool na nilagyan nila nang tali. I think its 3 - 4 lanes. So the rest nung mga gues which is nagbayad din naman nang entrance fee, eh dun na lang kami sa labas nung training area nila. I guess they need to choose, if gusto nila maging training ground yung pool nila, wag na sila mag accept nang guest kung hindi rin naman magamit nang maayos yung nag iisang adult pool nila. Bawal na rin daw ang videoke kasi nag rereklamo yung mga guest nila sa hotel which is katabi lang nang swimming area. We went there to enjoy and have fun pero because of the trainings in the swimming pool di kami nag enjoy. We planed to stay up to 9pm but because of we have encountered, umuwi na kami nang mga 5pm.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is good, but during the stay, power went off in the evening and there was no back up generator available and it was a very, very hot weather, we have to stay out in the front lobby which is open and theres lots of mosquitos. When power came back after at least 2 hours and we were ready to sleep, lots of running rats/mouse heard from the attick.

Good location - in front of Five Star, 7-11 downstairs, Mercury Drug is across the street, SM is a 5-minute walk 3. Amazing staff - They were friendly and welcoming. They insisted on carrying our bags. Check in and check out was a breeze 4. No pet fee - had 2 dogs and no extra charge 5. Surprisingly clean for an old room. Had no problem walking barefoot on the old and dingy tiles Cons: 1. Rooms could really use some fixing and refreshing. It was unimpressive at first but had to remind myself the good deal I was getting. They have an LCD TV, AC was working fine, and had a hot cold shower. As a pet owner and having to pay no pet fee, can’t complain as the room was sufficiently clean and served my need. 2. Road noise. It wasn’t terrible but more like filtered sound. You can still hear it but can be an issue for a light sleeper 3. Limited parking space. Only 2 slots available in front of the 7/11
