Ulasan Puteri Bayu Beach Resort

We stayed five nights at Puteri Bayu Beach Resort. The location directly on the beach is nice, and Pasir Bogak is a pleasant and quiet area. However, the hotel itself feels old and quite run down. The facilities are clearly in need of renovation. There was no WiFi available during our entire stay. We were told that a storm had damaged the antenna, but it was not fixed during the five nights we were there. This was disappointing. Breakfast was also below expectations and quite basic. Overall, the beach location is the main positive point, but the hotel does not currently match the price or expectations for comfort.

Have its own beach front. Convenience to eateries and a supermarket. Friendly staff.

This hotel must be good many years ago. Now its out of date. Small rooms, and the time can see on the room. Otherside the swimming pool is ok, and have a beach.

Good accommodation for last minute holiday (near beach) . Also we enjoy the nasi dan bihun goreng. Excellent & kudos the chef

Direct access to beach is the biggest advantage of staying here. But the room we had was very basic. It had some odor, possible from the toilet or old furniture. The breakfast had limited options, but it was expected for the price. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable type. Overall, it reflects the price, and I will book again if there are significant improvements.

Beautiful view! You guys should definitely go, it's very close to walk around and find food.

First of all, sgt puas hati dgn service dri indian guy (the receptionist) and the girl..actually kena check in kul 3pm tp sy dibenarkan utk check in kul 12pm..thank u guys for the grat service..the swimming pool was great..puas anak mandi..view laut..mak2 bole santai2 dkt cafe yg dkt dgn pool..makanan pn murah dan sedap.. Breakfast pn berbaloi..sedap.. location yg sgt dkt dgn pantai.. Bole repeat lg kt hotel nii..

The hotel is a bit older, but it's still well-maintained. The swimming pool is very spacious, though the 5-foot depth markers are quite faded and could pose a safety hazard; it might be worth looking into. The chalets are lovely and roomy, perfect for families. Restaurants and a local market are all within easy walking distance. The absolute highlight, though, is the beach – waking up to a therapeutic stroll along the shore is incredibly refreshing. The overall vibe here is fantastic. Thank you, Puteri Bayu, for hosting us.

The hotel is decent with nice service staffs. They are always ready to help you. The room condition shall be improved, particularly cleanliness. In general, the hotel is ok if you have budget constraint. One good thing is there are beach fronting.

Location is great. Near to beach and place to eat. Worth for the money. Overall okay

The accommodation wasn't great, but it was close to the beach.

The furniture is a bit old. TV is there but no channel available. Toilet bowl is not so clean. The floor is a bit dusty. The shower is slow. The location is okay, near the beach. The breakfast is okay.

The location is not the best there is a duty free shop across the street.
