"My stay at the resort was amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Hospitality was top notch, ambience was perfect. Maybe reduce Buggy wait time during seasonal time as we almost had a rift at the beach with an Asian family who were rude to us, acting like we didn’t belong there. Literally acted like they had the right to tell us not to get on one because they were a group. We didn’t know that as there was no visible queue and profiling bunch of random Chinese people to infer they are in a group would be stereotypical. I understand the resort cannot control the kind of people in their space however I brought it up with our guy at the receptionist who apologized for the situation. I will definitely be back here as I had an amazing time"

"Overall the situation of the resort is ok, but the room that i got is end to the area plus its quite small Other than that, pls change the bed that already old because its painful to feel the spring of the mattress . and plus put something to hang the cloth.tq"

"The resort has a two-story building and several log cabins. We stayed in the two-story building, which was pretty good. The swimming pool was great, and the sun was great. There was a pier next to the entrance, and there were many restaurants. There was a service fee for accommodation, 10 yuan per person per day, and we were charged 40 yuan for room service. This is very strange. Isn't it your responsibility to clean the room? Moreover, you can choose not to clean it. But you still have to pay. I feel this is very unreasonable. I will complain to Ctrip. This is opened by Indians. Indians are serious about their work, but they are fussy and annoying."

"First of all, sgt puas hati dgn service dri indian guy (the receptionist) and the girl..actually kena check in kul 3pm tp sy dibenarkan utk check in kul 12pm..thank u guys for the grat service..the swimming pool was great..puas anak mandi..view laut..mak2 bole santai2 dkt cafe yg dkt dgn pool..makanan pn murah dan sedap.. "When we checked in, they offered us an upgrade to newly renovated premium room (with a fee). We took the offer. Nice, spacious and comfortable room with big balcony and sea view. Breakfast is good. First day it was a set selection from their menu. 2nd day it was a buffet breakfast. Dutyfree shop and a supermarket at lobby floor, very convenient"

"The perfect place from which to explore Pangkor Island. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Nasi lemak. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and water sport . I will certainly be back. Hidden gem for breakfast and lunch in Pangkor Island. Excellent food, lunch Rm15/person, abundant nasi goreng. Tested chicken today, which was excellent. Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio. Cosy restaurant facilities."

"Everything is ok but service was very minimal. During checkout, we asked for help getting a taxi to the jetty. Staff only tried one number, got no answer, and told us to walk to the main street to find any taxi. Most places would usually try a few more numbers. Luckily we had no luggage, but this was disappointing."
