Hotel Paradise dengan Gim

We did a timeshare exchange for our week here. Beautiful resort. Spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The resort is right off the ***** next to Planet Hollywood and Aria. It's an easy walk to Bellagio, Caesar's Palace, Paris and Flamingo. My only complaint is that you can't bring your own drinks or food to the pool. I get it. They want you to buy their own food and drinks, but this is a timeshare resort, not just a hotel. You should be able to prepare your own food and drinks and consume them anywhere at the property, not just your own room. Hence the four stars only. But I would still recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Las Vegas with a timeshare exchange.

Being here for an extended stay, I was very pleased to be welcomed by Dre (the front desk receptionist). He is very hospitable, and always has a smile on his face. From coming down to breakfast at 6:30am, to having dinner at 7pm, he is always eager to make our stay more pleasurable.

This place has the RUDEST employees. I’ll start w/Carlos. Does not smile, didn’t care that we ordered a microwave a day prior to getting here for my daughters medication. We spoke to Lia, she assured us of microwave on arrival and none. We called Carlos from room and he said $25 per day! He couldn’t have cared less about the fact that we were promised one at NO CHARGE. Then we request late checkout, (Lia) 4:15. An employee knocks on door at 9:30 to tell us we need to be out by 10 or 11:00 am. Her sheet said 4:15! ( we were always going to leave by noon)! The place is dirty and only two VERY SLOW elevators. ( Only one is operable, this morning)15 minute wait for elevator. )The rooms smell like smoke and close to freeway so you can hear traffic all night. We were only staying one night as we’re headed to Phoenix from Reno. Would not suggest this place , stay somewhere else. This is owned by Hilton, never again…Back to Marriotts from now on. My colleague and I flew in late. Upon arrival was greeted and checked in by Ms. Jahmika at the front desk. It was one of the smoothest check ins I’ve ever had. She knew we were tired and covered everything we needed to know expeditiously. Usually I have to ask several basic questions about the hotel, wifi, breakfast, etc. With her, I didn’t have to ask one additional question. She was professional and personable. I nominate her for your management team. In these days, Jahmika is a rare and pleasant surprise to work with. A asset to your team. I’ll definitely stay with you all again.

I chose this hotel because it’s 15 minutes walking to the Sphere (U2 concert). Big room.., 02 queen beds. Good pillows. Very good breakfast.., omelets are made with ingredients of your choice. You have to request the housekeeping service every day at the front desk. I’d stay again..!

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful in booking activities and letting us know the places to go. The hotel is really close to the night life. We had the two room suite. It was big and spacious. We loved the bathrooms because were large and we had many people getting ready all at the same time. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay. Will visit again!
