The people in the staff were wonderful. The dining was OK. Limited availability seem to be enough room but we could not make reservations. Conveniently property has some maintenance issues. Elevator outages, water leaks, roof leaks, broken pipes. They need to spend some money on maintenance.

The employees are exceptionally pleasant and accommodating! I love it there because it is not a huge property because I have trouble walking any distance! I wish they had a shuttle at a good price

Honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the second we walked in, staff were unfriendly, and we waited at the desk for 30 minutes while 6 employees chatted behind the desk and one employee addressed the line of people. We booked an ocean view suite and were given a suite in the back of the hotel looking over another part of the building. Room was cleaned 1x in our 4 day stay. The food was awful, and even though we were told they would accommodate restrictions/allergies, they would look my girlfriend in the face and tell her they would make her something without oil, then turn and douse the food with oil. We were given the wrong room, with stains on the bed and no bath towels?! Because of the food, my girlfriend had terrible stomach issues, and when we messaged about tea or medicine, we’re simply ignored. I would never, ever recommend you stay here. It’s worth paying 2-3x anywhere else, if you must, to avoid this property.

Beach was not swimmable. Red flag every day for a week and locals say that is typical. Rarely is the beach open for swimming. Fine dining options were terrible food overcooked and smothered is sauce. Restaurant reservation system terrible, could only book 2 days in advance and fill up by nine am. Buffet had lots of options but mediocre food quality. No other dining options in walking distance. Great cleanliness and awesome staff. All food options poor to mediocre quality

This RIU didn’t really have anything if you need anything. Only a small shop across the street. The so called specialty restaurant was ok, not the best food the buffet was better. Would not stay at that RIU….

The staff goes over and above to tend to one’s needs/wants. However, the building itself is in need of some renovations. The plumbing in the toilets and sinks drained incredibly slow. There was a rainy day and the roof leaked in several areas. The staff was all top notch!!!

My first time there and I had a great time. Weather was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The buffets had a nice variety of food to choose from. Restaurants were also very good. Overall, no complaints!
