Ulasan City of Dreams - Nüwa Manila

If you want to go to Nuwa from DreamPlay area with children, you have to take shuttle as they only have one route which has to pass through the ******, which is quite unfriendly. Overall the hotel scale is small and facilities are minimal. We had lunch in Crystal Dragon, which the quality is surprisingly good, Guangdong style and the portion is quite big. Dinner in Haliya which is above standard, suggest reservation during the weekend. Spa is soso. I didn't realized Nuwa do not offer buffet breakfast (I'm not sure if we can have it in Hyatt Regency?) We just simply had a Filipino style a la carte breakfast next to the pool, a bit disappointed.

The facilities is good the pool is great accessjble and the fpod is great fantastic

Was surprised that instead of the standard toom we booked, since they were fully booked, instead of having us stress about it, they immediately upgraded us to the premium suite. Aces on services, amenities, especially the staff. Thanks for making our stay awesome!

The place was so convenient to go to other hotels connected especially their ******. Facilities was great. Very clean rooms and lobby. Staff are helpful. This hotel i can recommend to friends.

The room is great cozy & the staff at the counter Aaron diane & Aj they are very accomadating & friendly , my first time here at NUWA and this is the Niciest room among hyatt & Nobu Thanks to the staff for the warm service The bed is very comfy and very clean the smell of the room is good. Thumbs up!

A special shoutout to our servers, Russel and Stephen, for their meticulous attention to detail, the birthday surprise for my companion, and the sophisticated presentation of the dishes.

We’ve been to Nüwa Hotel several times and every time, it feels like home to our family. We always had a great time since the staffs are very accommodating and kind. The service is great, the rooms are very clean and we enjoy a great view in our rooms. We will surely come back again.

Nuwa Manila is top notch. The front desk staff is friendly and patient with their guests. The rooms are very comfortable with high quality amenities. The location of the hotel offers a lot to do.

This hotel is great!!! The amenities from the hotel room to the spa and pool are fantastic!!! Their lifeguards Noel and Matt are a top-notch!!! They are always ready to connect with us to make sure everythings okay. Hotel staff are very helpful, friendly always smiling and ready to help! Their level of professionalism to getting it right is very rare! The view of our room was a wow!!! Nuwa is definitely a home away from home. We'll be back again and I recommend everyone to visit.☺
