This hotel has been my favorite since I have started travelling. Staff have good manners, the room is clean, amenities / facilities are well maintainee, and the service is exceptional not to mention the freebies which really put a smile on my face. I would love to book more days if ai got extra budget. My whole family enjoyed our stay

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。

Meraikan hari lahir saya di sini. Proses daftar masuk dan daftar keluar berjalan lancar. Dana sangat akomodatif. Mereka menaik taraf bilik saya dan menyediakan kek, saya sangat berterima kasih dengan mereka. Bilik itu hebat! Tempat tidurnya hebat! Saya mendapat pemandangan kolam renang. Perkhidmatan pengemasan sangat prihatin, petugas kolam sangat ramah. Kakitangan terlatih dan bersopan santun. Semuanya sempurna kecuali sambungan internet, kadangkala ia tidak berfungsi dan perlu memulakan semula sambungan. Selain daripada itu semuanya sempurna. Pasti akan kembali lagi. Terima kasih

We actually stayed in Nobu but got the chance to use the swimming pool of Nuwa, as well. Kudos to Edgar DS for the exemplary service and care. Overlooking, we can see that Nuwa’s pool area is interconnected to Nobu’s & looks very inviting. We asked & were told that we can access the facilities of Nuwa if we want to, but failed to mentioned that it’s with a fee. We went there ready to swim, with no money/credit card. My friend was in a wheelchair (as she fractured her foot days before) but wants to at least dip in the pool and sunbathe. Edgar conveniently helped us with all the arrangements. We appreciate the fact that even though we are from Nobu, he was still very attentive and genuinely caring to us. When in City of Dreams, we definitely know where we will book our next hotel staycation…Nuwa!

Ambiance and cool room. Very friendly staff. Thank you so much for fast check-in and check-out. Looking forward to stay again. Clean and hygiene bathroom and towels. Complimentary bottled waters and coffee, teas and sugars with creamer are all set. Working appliances including thermos and hair blower. I love the toiletries, complete set, good fragrance. what most I like is the beds and bathroom, very spacious and clean. Kudos

Stayed on this hotel for one night and we love it. Loved the breakfast buffet so much. I suggest arriving early in the hotel for check-in as there is long lines and it takes us almost 2hrs before we can get to our room even though this is a reserved booking but all in all smooth stay no problems encountered aside from the check-in. It's also good that there are not so much restrictions for example we can go out of the hotel at night or bring outside foods.
