The staff is helpful. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Highly recommend to other families because the apartment had all facilities. It is close to the metro station, and walking distance to the supermarket! One downside is that we have to handle our luggages when check in and check out, nobody will help you to carry!

Io penso che l'albergo abbia anche camere un po meglio ,e con vista magari sulla strada,ma la nostra camera era una vera bettola. Piccolissima,calda e senza aria condizionata. Visto la Stagione del momento ci siamo salvati, ma li d'Estate deve essere un vero inferno. La vista era una vera schifezza, praticamente con un muro davanti a due metri di distanza,altro non è che la tromba di un piccolissimo cortile dove affacciano altre finestre. Pareva di essere ad Alcatraz. Anche il corrimano della finestra che era di legno,sembrava che dovesse sbriciolarsi da un momento all'altro. Non vede una pennellata di vernice da tempo immemore. Era anche abbastanza rumoroso,e si sentiva bene il vociare degli inquilini/turisti dalle altre finestre. Ma anche i rumori delle camere confinanti erano ben udibili. WiFi veramente lento,e scadente. Troppo caro per quello che è,con gli stressi soldi si può trovare di meglio. Qualche nota positiva: Posizione molto molto comoda,con 3 fermate della Metro e Rer raggiungibili a piedi. Quindi comodo per gli spostamenti in città, e per raggiungere Disneyland. Zona con tanti ristoranti,Bar e Boulangerie. Anche un piccolo supermercato della Franprix ben fornito sempre in zona. Per visitare la città ed andare a Disneyland io credo che sia veramente in un'ottima posizione.

This hotel is absolutely amazing for such a small property. It's clear to me that the owner takes personal pride in managing this place everyday. Besides a minor mishap which got resolved quickly I really enjoyed the stay. We are ultra clean when home and also when traveling. We cannot believe this is a 2 star hotel. If you value cleanliness, this hotel is a 5 star. It shames many Park Hyatts and JW Marriott properties if you want a squeaky clean room and bath. It's simple and basic which is what we needed in the prime holiday season in June. The air conditioning was strong, even too cold. The location was also super convenient being close to 2 Metro stations. Two constructive criticism on front desk issues. 1. The front desk could use an upgrade in appearance. It's dark and does not give off good impression upon entering the hotel. 2. front desk personnels were all very professional and helpful. But I think a little bit of warmth and jokes can go a long way when dealing with jet-legged customers. I may also have been a bit too critical when I did encounter an issue but part of that likely is that my entire family was just so exhausted. Overall a great find. Would love to return when visiting Paris again.

Room was immaculate - small (what Paris hotel room isn’t?!) and good value for money. Hotel is located in a pleasant and safe area with a very traditional Parisian feel and lots of options for meals and transport. A special mention for Richard at reception - he was very kind and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately I left my purse behind in the hotel room after checkout- Richard left a couple of messages for me to let me know and as I couldn’t return to collect it, he very kindly and promptly posted it to my home in Australia. It arrived safely this week! The peace of mind knowing it was in safe hands for the rest of our travels made a real difference to us and many thanks to the hotel for the extra help. We would love to come back some day! :-)
