This is a good solution for families or couples with a longer stay. There is a small living room and bedroom as well as a kitchenette, which has everything necessary for a short stay. There is no air conditioning (that is not unusual in France, or Europe more generally) but I found it pleasant enough with the windows open, even though it was a hot period. Extra towels were available upon request. We ordered breakfast and it was acceptable. You probably don’t need it as the areas has plenty of bakeries as well as cafes and brasseries. There are also different metro stations within walking distance - so you can get into central Paris from the hotel within 30 minutes. Staff were very friendly and there was a car park underneath. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is a gem. I admit it is located a bit outside the Paris city center, but give me a minute to tell you about this gem a short metro ride outside downtown Paris. Even tough I could see the Eiffel Tower from my balcony (the top spear) that is not at all the reason to book a stay here. The hotel is new, modern and clean. The staff is friendly, service minded and speaks English WAY better than I speak French. If you are traveling with a family, as I were, the pizza restaurant at the first floor is worth the stay in its own. They serve extremely good Italian pizza and pasta. The kind that I only have got better in Italy. If they are fully booked, stop by for the pizza. I HIGHLY recommend it. We booked two rooms. One with a balcony, and one with a ”terrace”, and we were five people. What you have to understand is that every hotel and accommodation in Paris is small. Tiny even, to my standards. But that is the same everywhere (except Disneyland, but don't go there). Compared to the size of the rooms, these were smart, small and clean. You could move around most of the furniture, and there were hangers, and roof storage for suitcases and such. The bathrooms were a delight. Had they been bigger, I could have been there all day. Clean, functional and modern. Good lightning, but low on storage area. The cleaning of the rooms and hotel were really good. Nothing left and they move around my junk, to clean. My largest regret is that I forgot to tip them enough. And the rooms are quite sound proof and quiet. We had rooms right by the elevator, and I was kind of sceptic to how much noise we would get. The rooms are quite well sound proofed and all you basically hear is the AC. Even when the rain was pouring down one night, I did not hear a thing. And transportation is super easy. The entry to metro station ”Porte des Lilas” is maybe 15 meters away, and that gives you access to the entire city. It is cheap, quite easy to use by tickets on iPhone or cards you can buy (unfortunately not supporting the Oyster card like London), but faster and more convenient than a cab. Traffic is quite heavy in Paris, so I suggest you use the metro to get around the city, and a bolt if you are going longer distances like Versailles, Disneyland or the airport. The breakfast was OK. Nothing fancy at all, but a little something to start the day. But please, you are in Paris. Use the local bistros, restaurants and bakeries. I assume those are part of why you are here in the first place. The hotel offers baguette, bread, eggs, bacon and croissants and assorted cereals and fruits. Their orange juice is fantastic by the way. Only draw back was the breakfast coffee machine with milk. Not that great.

There is something about this hotel that takes you back to times past. Loved the winding staircase, the grafitti on the walls. We stayed in the urban room, which was minimalist, with concrete pipe sections for some of the furniture, street style paintings on the walls, ceiling beams painted red. View from the room was out onto a square which was fascinating to see the various characters throughout the day. very comfortable bed, decent shower room. Breakfast is taken down in the cellar, past more grafitti on the walls, loved it. Breakfast is more in the traditional french style, with bread and croissant served in a basket supplememted by cereal and yogurt. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. This hotel may not be to everyone's taste, but we loved it. The atmosphere and the location were good. Would visit again.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Great location, feels very safe even walking back there at night (like 11pm) for solo female traveler definitely stay here, I honestly think Paris is pretty safe, but try to stay in area 1-5 tho

It's my first time traveling to Paris, and it's my 4th hotel on this trip. The location was perfect for us since we would like to go to Saint Michel. The receptionist was really nice, and the *** when checking in was smart, polite, and helpful. Our room was upgraded, and it got a wonderful view because the hotel was a tall building around Paris. And it's very important, I feel like I am on the 2nd floor of Tour Eiffel. Lovely people, lovely location, lovely room. Definitely will book again when I go to Paris again!

Un accueil souriant, des personnes aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’Aparthotel est neuf, propre et décoré avec goût. Le studio est chaleureux, et très bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner est complet. Bref, un établissement à conseiller et découvrir si vous vous rendez dans le coin 👍🏼

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!
