Hotel berhampiran Fresque "rêver-06-zoer", Paris

Great hotel experience. All front desk staff were very helpful. The room is specious. Acoustic’s quiet and bedding most comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near metro stations and restaurants. The breakfast offerings were terrific. Will come back for sure if in Paris.

It was very small but it was the cheapest available on the day.

Very nice Ibis hotel close to the Saint-Martin canal, around 8-minute walking distance to the Corentin Cariou metro station. Neighborhood is nice and not touristy at all. Room was very clean with a television, little desk and bathroom. Decent size and cleaned up every day Breakfast was really nice with breads, cold cuts, cheese, lots of jams, fruits, yogurt, cereals, eggs, bacon, pastries, coffee, tea and juice. Can be crowded depending on the time you show up. You do get to hear neighbors in other rooms but I hear no bothering noise at night and slept well. I would stay there again for sure.

This is a Bio (Organic) Italian restaurant, a very short walk from the Tour de Eiffel. The service (in both French and English was friendly and prompt. We ordered from the Plat du Jour - Spaghetti Carbonara and the Veal Milanese with a hot goats cheese salad to start and a absolutely delicious tiramisu for dessert all for the grand price of 15 Euros each. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and despite the fact that we live quite far away in the 5th, we will be returning here again for sure. Certainly worth trying this place out!

The hotel has all the facilities of a basic budget accommodation. Also as it is an Accor brand, you can expect the standard room amenities and layout. I stayed at this property for 2 nights. There is nothing amazing about it, but you get what you pay for! The hotel wasn't too cheap either and I paid about €300 for two nights jncl. taxes (note I stayed during the Paris Air Show week as I was attending the show. All hotels in Paris were equally or even higher priced). My check-in was carried out by an extremely rude and unprofessional male member of the staff. He was neither welcoming nor happy to do his job. Halfway through the check-in process, he referred me to his female colleague as the system wasn't working on his side. To my luck, the female staff member was really polite and respectful. She was not only warm and courteous, but also efficient in the way she carried out her duties. I quickly went to my room The room itself is nothing special. It has basic furniture, a desk and chair, TV, hangers for your clothes and bed side racks. The bathroom was quite tiny and while taking a shower, the entire bathroom got wet and flooded. I think the shower cubicle has a leakage. The bathroom just had one bottle of all purpose body and hair wash. There was no hand wash near the basin. The towels were of cheap quality - but again, this is Ibis Budget, so not expecting anything more! The room was well maintained and clean, which is nice! I had chosen a breakfast included rate, but oh my, the breakfast was a joke! The bread and croissant tasted industrial and it felt like they were delivered from outside. Too bad for a hotel to not bake its own bread or croissant! There were two types of juices - it said fresh, but it tasted artificial. There was yogurt, stale looking fruit pieces, cream cheese, butter and boiled egg. That's all! The least they could have kept is flavoured yogurt, some ham and maybe scrambled eggs! This was absolutely the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. But again, the staff was courteous here and the cafeteria was clean at least! During checkout, I requested to store my bags for a few hours and to my surprise they charge hotel guests €2 per bag! This is ridiculous! Even though I don't mind paying the money but I feel a hotel guest must never have to pay to store their bags! It's not like people are coming from the street to store their bags in this hotel! C'mon Accor Group, you can let hotel guests store their bags for free - it's basic courtesy and hospitality! The hotel is located at the very end of the Metro line 12 in Aubervilliers. The neighborhood is okay to spend 1-2 nights maximum. Even though I didn't have any safety issues, I must say at times I felt an eerie feeling. But again in Paris, you must be careful of pickpockets everywhere. The only plus point is its proximity to CDG Airport and direct metro access to Paris City. Will I stay here again? First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. I checked into this hotel on March 17th. On March 18th I left the hotel at 11:50 noon. I was the only one in the quadruple room when I left. Other tenants have checked out. I am also confirming that my 20-inch suitcase is locked. And double locked in the 30-inch luggage. And the laptop is locked in the iron cabinet provided by the hotel, and the lock is double-checked. before leaving the room. PM 18:40 I return to the hotel. After charging in the lobby on the first floor, return to the second floor at 19:40 PM. When I opened the door with a magnetic card, I found that the 20-inch suitcase was taken out of the 30-inch suitcase. Both pieces of luggage had been vandalized open and things were missing. The lock on the iron cabinet was also damaged, and the laptop inside was not taken away. I immediately went downstairs to inform the hotel counter and asked her to come upstairs with me. Later, the hotel staff invited me to the police station. I hurried to the police station, and the police station asked me to call 17 when I went back to the hotel. They will follow the procedure. After returning to the hotel, I called at 22:50 PM to 17. At 23:09 PM, the police went to the hotel to understand the scene. One of the policemen who arrived that night told us that room 305 of this hotel had also been burglarized last week. At 11:00 AM on March 19, some policemen went to the hotel room to take photos and questioned me again. They asked me to come to the police station to report the incident. Until the morning of March 21st the manager Michael GIROD went to work, his attitude was not very good, and he did not apologize. Just tell the insurance company. Those who want to stay, please take care of your own property safety and be mentally prepared''The hotel manager will not be very active in dealing with it'' But on the night of the incident, the lady at the counter was really friendly and eager to help. 我3月17日入住這個飯店。 3月18日我中午11:50 離開飯店。 離開時四人房裡只有我一個人。其他房客已退房。 也在確認自己20吋行李箱鎖好。並且雙重鎖在30吋行李箱內。 而筆電鎖在飯店提供的鐵櫃裡，也雙重確認上了鎖頭。才離開房間。 下午PM 18:40 我回到飯店。先在一樓大廳充電完 PM 19:40分回到2樓。 用磁卡打開門時，發現20吋行李箱從30吋行李箱裡被拿出來。 兩件行李都已被破壞打開並遺失東西。 鐵櫃上的鎖頭也被破壞，裡面筆電也不被拿走。 我立即下樓告知飯店櫃台，並請她跟我上樓看。 後來飯店人員請我去警察局。我趕快到了警察局，警察局人員請我再回到飯店先致電17。他們會照程序。 回到飯店後，晚上 PM 22:50 我打了電話到17。晚上 PM 23:09 警察人員就到飯店了解現場。 當晚到場的其中一個警察跟我們說，上週這間飯店的305號房也發生房內竊盜案。 3月19日 AM 11:00 有警察到飯店房間拍照並再詢問後，他們請我過來警察局報案。 一直到等到3月21日上午經理Michael GIROD上班，他態度不是很好，也沒有道歉。只說會告知保險公司。 想要住的人請小心自身財產安全及有心理準備‘’飯店經理不會很積極的處理‘’ 但是事發當晚，櫃台小姐真的很友善且熱心幫忙。

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

Kleines Touristenhotel mit rund 25 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt in 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-Bahnstation Pernety, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind jedoch sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer hatte es kaum eine Ablagefläche, geschweige denn einen richtigen Schrank. Rund um das Bett 30 - 80 cm, das wars… Die Dusche war ok; für die Duschkabine darf man aber keine Platzangst haben. Eine enge Treppe führt in die Obergeschosse; der Lift ist ebenfalls klein. Der grösste Mangel im Hotel ist aber der Frühstücksraum. Für eine solche Anzahl Hotelzimmer nur 22 Sitzplätze -＞ das genügt einfach nicht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man morgens um 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück will und dann fast eine Stunde in der Hotel-Lobby warten muss. Das Frühstück selber ist relativ spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal dürfte auch freundlicher und kompetenter sein, angefangen bei Receptionspersonal bis hin zur Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Alles in allem kann man dort bei einem Städtetrip übernachten - bedingungslos empfehlenswert, na ja….
