Hotel berhampiran Galerie Itinerrance, Paris

This is a brand new hotel in a high rise on the edge of Paris. The view from the rooms, bar and restaurant is amazing. The rest is very average. If you arrive by car, there is no real curb side park/stop possibility. The voiturier service is not for hotel guests but for the restaurant! There is no real lobby where to meet or spend time. Hence there is no bar, coffee or snack place outside the opening hours of the rooftop bar. The service is totally dependant on the person and oscilliating between professional, caring, arrogant and sometime careless! The rooms are modern but totally miss storage possibility except for a safe. The spa is small but with a nice outside whirlpool. In a nutshell I will not go back to this hotel except for a drink at the bar enjoying the splendid view.

J’ai réserver pour une nuit, un studio avec grand lit 2 places pour 262 euros! A ce prix je m’attendais minimum à un service de qualité. Super emplacement à 5 minutes a pied du métro 14 et 30 min en voiture de la banlieue parisienne. Grande fut notre déception quand arrivée dans notre chambre nous constatons qu’il n’y avait aucune boissons au frais mm pas une bouteille d’eau, mm pas un verre pour boire. Nous avons du à 00h trouver un moyen de boire. Une fontaine d’eau Se trouve a l'accueil j’étais au 6 eme je vous fait pas un dessin.. flem heureusement nous avons trouvée une épicerie à 10 minutes a pied. La chambre était doter d’un grand balcon mais impossible de fumer il faut descendre a nouveau.. je vous refais pas un dessin. Salle de bain avec douche et wc spacieuse et propre petit bémol pas de dentifrice,de savon pr se laver les mains, de brosse a dent avec gobelet. Heureusement que je ramène tjrs mon nécessaire de toilette avec moi.. Nous avons tt de même passer une nuit agréable lit super confortable des draps propres mais malheureusement à 7h réveil en fanfare car immeuble en construction juste en face tanpis pr la grasse mat… Conclusion assez déçu un studio a plus de 200 euros. Je pensais avoir fait une affaire en réservant car il y avait une promotion avec Trip.. mais trop chère pour le peu de choses a disposition! j’oubliais il faut payer un supplément pr prendre le petit déjeuner! Youpi… Il n’y aura pas de prochaine fois.

I have been towards many times in my younger days and I always found a little room in the centre of the city at a good price. This time I was going with the family. An entirely different proposition. My partner found this place. She is very good at finding something suitable. I was a little concerned at the distance from the centre of the city. We flew to Orly and got a taxi the hotel. The coach would have been €44 for the four of us. A taxi was €36 ! The hotel is basic. Flash it is not. However, clean, warm, nice bed, good shower, quiet close to the bus route into the city are all accurate comments. This leads me onto the buses and Metro etc. We got 2 days of travel on everything (zones 1 - 3) for the four of us for less than £25 each. Great value. There is an app that can help you get around if you are not c9mfy with maps etc. Hotel does breakfast but we did not partake so I cannot comment but the location was not too far out to allow for a good evening in the city and an easy and quick trip back to a warm comfy bed with a good sleep to look forward to. Views from the hotel leave a lot to be desired. On the plus side you can see where the hotel is because it is next to the big steam emitting chimneys beside the wonky office block ! 🤣

Accueil chaleureux, endroit sympas et propre. J’étais dans la chambre pour femme, c’est verrouillé, on a notre carte d’accès et il y a des lockers à notre disposition! C’est climatisé pour survivre à la canicule de paris! Assez bien placé!

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

It's my first time traveling to Paris, and it's my 4th hotel on this trip. The location was perfect for us since we would like to go to Saint Michel. The receptionist was really nice, and the *** when checking in was smart, polite, and helpful. Our room was upgraded, and it got a wonderful view because the hotel was a tall building around Paris. And it's very important, I feel like I am on the 2nd floor of Tour Eiffel. Lovely people, lovely location, lovely room. Definitely will book again when I go to Paris again!

Stayed here in May 2022. When I arrived at the hotel they said my stay was cancelled as the ”payment wasnt fullfilled” despite the money coming out of my bank account. I had to pay again as we wouldnt have anywhere to stay. I tried raising a complaint under the IBIS Resolver to get my money back as I paid twice however never heard anything back despite escalating the case to the highest level and raising the case twice

Saya ingin mengatakan bahawa kami sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan, semuanya sangat cantik, pemandangannya menakjubkan, tetapi kami mempunyai sesuatu untuk dikatakan, kami tidak begitu berpuas hati kerana kami mendapat alahan dari permaidani yang tidak kelihatan sangat bersih (memerlukan lebih banyak perhatian), tetapi pemandangannya sempurna dan perkhidmatannya hebat.

Un accueil souriant, des personnes aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’Aparthotel est neuf, propre et décoré avec goût. Le studio est chaleureux, et très bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner est complet. Bref, un établissement à conseiller et découvrir si vous vous rendez dans le coin 👍🏼

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!
