The hotel was very nice and my room had a wonderful view of the Eiffel tower out the window. The bed extremely comfortable and room was clean. Good location for spending time at the tower and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. I only received bottled water on the first day although I stayed for 4 and the tv has few channels not one in English and the ones they have don't generally work. The staff were pleasant but for the money spent I guess my expectations were higher. I booked online but not on their website because the rate was higher on their actual website.

The welcome we received was genuine and thoughtful. Recommendations for near by dining on rainy nights resulted in perfect dining experiences. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and property. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Right next to Gare de Lyon in Paris. Metro is only a few steps away. Also good security. Access card is required wherever we go. Efficient check in, check out, luggage storage and retrieval.

Overall it’s quite good Breakfast - fantastic!!! Loads of selections Facilities - great But I would say the windows can’t be opened due to high floors. Besides, the toilet in my room is very slow

早餐挺好的，不是自助餐廳，是一個一個的套餐，超出部分加錢。可以加床，不過超大床的確是很大，酒店位置很好，就在埃菲爾鐵塔附近，不過如果不是選擇了景觀房，衹能看街景。酒店大堂的設計和藏品是亮點，小花園可千萬別錯過了，非常漂亮。就房間而言，説實在的衹能説一般吧，服務的確是非常好的。前台入住登記時，有中國人接待，溝通順暢。總體來説還是挺棒的。

Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

I have loved everything about my stay at Le Général Hôtel. From Eugenia, Luiz, Ekaterina, Marwan, Ibrahim and all their others colleagues. They’re all wonderful Human Beings. It’s the first time that I have met such a kind, customer service oriented, wonderful, genuine and smiley team. The hotel is very well placed in Paris, very central to do your shopping and sightseeing. The amenities were very clean, well decorated and original.I loved the place and i will come back for sure !!!

Super nice hotel with good Paris environment and very convenience, a great hotel to stay with family and kids here, all the services are good specially reception. I will take the first choice if I come back Paris! The fantastic time to stay at Novotel Paris, there are so many restaurants nearby and the location is safe. If you need by train, just 1 mins to the station.
