It is located in a great location, just 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees. A small boutique hotel with a clean and decent room. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Paris again.

I stayed at the Suites & Hotel Helzear Etoile with my family. The location is amazing, rooms were cosy and well decorated with full amenities. Considering the area and the prices in Paris, this is good value for money. The staff were very kind, always happy to help. I fully recommend this hotel. Prices at the website were lower than at booking.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!! Not worth the money I paid. Really small room like box room.Even the bathroom is bigger than bedroom. Not suitable for family. Tv’s not working. Bad service. It’s not even 2 star hotel. Really disappointed ☹️

June 2022... Had to cancel my reservation due to having pneumonia and COVID, which I told them. Gave a couple of days notice and they refused to help me. I thought it was fair to charge me for just one night, but they charged for all three. They could not have cared less! Worst experience of my life was compounded by this hotel. They were recommended to me, but I will always tell people - stay away from this place, it is run by jerks!

This was the worst hotel experience of my life! Do not stay here.
I reserved a “two bedroom suite” and the pictures I saw on the website (as well as the price) were reflective of what appeared to be a two bedroom suite. When I arrived at the property, I was charged in full for the five nights I reserved and taken up to the “two bedroom suite”. It was not a two-bedroom suite at all. It was two tiny hotel rooms adjoined by a door in the middle. Again, not reflective of the pictures that are shared on the ******* website.
Immediately I went downstairs and told them there was some sort of mistake and articulated my displeasure. They agreed that the pictures on the ******* website were misleading but said there was nothing they could do and that I had to contact *******. At this point, I had already paid for the hotel in full ($4700 CAD!!) and they were refusing to refund me. I left the hotel (and found a more suitable one) and contacted ******* for them to tell me that it was up to the hotel to refund me, not *******. I am yet to be refunded the $4700 that they charged me for a very misleading hotel room, not to mention I had to pay for another hotel room.
The staff was not helpful and quite rude when trying to sort through this issue as was the ******* representative. I have since escalated this issue to ******* mgmt. and hoping to get some sort of response and refund.
PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!

Hello, After Using this hotel for more than 7 trips, the hotel decided to blacklist me. Let me share with you the reason. on my second trip, I ordered a shipment from BartenderWithAttitude which they shipment later than my checkout date; I asked them to keep the shipment till I send some friends to claim it to find out 2 months later that this shipment was delivered and received by a front desk employee named Micheline who no longer works at the hotel. I asked the hotel to contact her and 3 trips later checking on every trip, they never got my shipment back and I got blacklisted; I actually have the document to prove it. when I called to know the reason for the canceled reservations, they told me when blacklisted you for writing a bad review about us on TripAdvisor. Please be aware that you can be punished for complaining for theft which really tell the guests that will consider this hotel. Good Day to you, dear guests and TripAdvisor Managing Team
