It is located in a great location, just 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees. A small boutique hotel with a clean and decent room. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Paris again.

酒店房間很小，不太符合4星的標準。 酒店位置還可以，但是在巴黎玩過後，其實最好的位置是在巴黎歌劇院附近。 在酒店丟了一個耳機，打前台電話去找，打了三個電話才接通，前台找後需要再打電話詢問，最後沒有找到。 但是確定是丟在了房間。衹能倒黴！

前台人少，房間小，房間窗户太美了，非常法式，位置就在香街隔壁，中心又方便，尤其適合購物黨

酒店位置好，去那兒都方便，忘帶電源轉換插頭，前台工作人員提供並奉送，解決接下來行程的後顧之憂，房間除了小點外還能接受

Chambre en Rez de chaussée : Nous entendons l’eau des canalisations des eaux usée. Chambre propre et pas très loin des champs.

又貴又不好，就是一個破爛的賓館！巨小巨小！而且要上一個大破！每天爬都要累死！

Our stay at Helzear Hotel Paris had its ups and downs. While the location is undoubtedly a highlight—offering easy access to attractions and transportation—the overall experience left us disappointed. When we arrived, the lift was out of service, which was inconvenient after a long journey, though to their credit, it was fixed by the evening. Unfortunately, we had booked a junior suite but were given a single room instead. The room was so small that we couldn’t comfortably fit two suitcases, and the pillows provided were practically non-existent. Despite the mix-up with the room, there was no effort to resolve the issue or offer a suitable alternative. Another downside was the noise from the school next door, which can be quite annoying if you’re not an early riser. While the hotel’s location is a definite plus, the lack of attention to detail and customer service would make me hesitant to return. If you value comfort and a hassle-free experience, it may be worth looking elsewhere.

The staff was super friendly, we did not have any issues with check-in or check-out. The hotel is well located. When we go to Paris next time, we will stay here again.

Right in the middle of the action, close to a Metro but also walking distance to major attractions. Lovely friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any questions we had. Didn't have the breakfast as many boulangeries and patisseries nearby, but the presentation looked lovely.
