This hotel is quite new and the staff is very friendly. It is very close to subway station and bus station and the region is very safe!

다음에 파리을 간다면 꼭 여디를 다시 올 것입니다 바로 뒷골목 맛집도 많고요 위치도 항공 지하철역 1분거리 입니다 숙소 상태는 퍼펙트 합니다 직원들이 너무나 친절합니다

Из плюсов отеля - расположение к поезду в аэропорт, новый отель и возможность попить кофе на крыше с видом на Париж Из минусов - не удобно для гостей с большим и тяжелым чемоданом, так как надо подниматься по ступенькам к ресепшен и лифту . Так же не продуман дизайн ванной комнаты , при приеме душа полотенце для ног будет сразу утоплено и к затоплен пол возле унитаза

カタコンブに行くために近いこちらのホテルに素泊まりしました。ホテルは新しく綺麗でアメニティもパリでは珍しくスリッパがありました。エレベーターは狭くトランクと人1人しか乗れません。チェックアウト後は荷物を無料で預かってくれます。 ホテルの近くには食べるところやベーカリーもあり便利です。 とても快適に過ごせました。

Great location. The room was very comfortable with a view to Place Denfer Rochereau, and it even had a large bath tub. I recommend to go to the rooftop terrace from which there is a very nice view of Paris (Sacre Coeur, Eiffel tower, observatoire de Paris).

This hotel was unsuitable for my toddler who has developmental issues and not accessible for my push chair. I went to reception to speak to the manager and asked if they would allow me to leave and get a refund for the remaining two nights. I clearly explained that I was aware that the three nights I booked were non refundable however I didn’t know that the hotel will be so unsuitable for children. It doesn’t have a lobby to spend time with my child, my room was a hazard as it had a large bath tub in the middle of the room facing the bed and my toddler could get down in the middle of the night and bump into it. The lift was a typical Parisian lift that could only fit one person so every time I entered the lift my toddler who was just under two would have panic attacks. I told the reception manager that if I were not able to get a refund I will have to stay as I couldn’t afford to pay for another hotel. The reception manager called his boss over the phone who agreed that I could leave and would get a refund, he even personally came to knock on my room to tell me what the director had said. I checked out and went to stay at a different hotel that was more child friendly. I then contacted them to ask how long the refund would take as it had been over two weeks and it still didn’t show on my account. To my disbelief I was told that I would NOT be getting a refund as I knew when I made the booking that it was non refundable. I have sent them two follow up emails and to this day they have never replied to me. It is a disgusting way to treat people and especially customers who book to stay there in good faith. The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that I specifically asked that if I were not to get a refund I would’ve just stayed. They didn’t have the decency to honour their word. THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE AND WOULD NOY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. IF I COULD SCORE IT -10 I WOULD!

Their keycard system is outdated. You had to continually go back and forth to have it RESET everyday. Very stressful and inconvenient. Room is freezing cold and heating gets turned off in the middle of the night or early morning. Sometimes the thermostat won’t even start or suddenly stops. It’s currently 4am as I am writing this now. I was woken up because the thermostat stopped working again and now our room feels like a freezer. No use calling reception as it seems like they’re all in cahoots and just being cheap or can’t do anything about the system. Told us to wait for the next shift at 7 am! Receptionist did tried to go up with us many times to try and fixed it-to no avail. At one time, as we went up the heating suddenly turned ON and he acted like it’s been ON. Yeah! It’s ON just NOW! Or you probably turned it ON while I was downstairs wide awake demanding you to fixed it!!! At times, it feels like they’ll turn it ON to appease you and just turned it back off after a couple of hours. They’ll use the same excuse that the system is down or they’re trying to contact their bosses. It’s been down the first day we arrived and still no action! They are refusing to change our room! The thermostat screen reflects that it’s ON but it’s not functioning like it should yet when you finally demand for them to fixed it- magically the heating is ON (for an hour or so). With the keycard and thermostat not working on the first day, we asked to switch to a different room but our request was ignored and denied. Probably don’t care anymore as we’ve already paid for our entire stay. They always mumbled a so called explanation- which makes the whole thing frustrating!!! We feel cheated paying for this kind of accommodation and service. The reception acts like you are inconveniencing them every time we go down to have the keycard reset or the thermostat checked. We feel targeted maybe because I am Asian? Funny they posted a notice about needing entry to our units to turn on the heating yet there’s no heating!!! So again we had to sleep in layers, jackets etc… We didn’t get a good night sleep during our stay as it’s very uncomfortable dressing like this in our sleep. We ended up with loads of laundry for this mess. What a disappointment, an inconvenience and definitely NOT value for money. They are also stingy on the toiletries. We had our room cleaned once and then they supplied 1 toilet tissue roll. Had to flagged their worker just to get another one. We are a couple how could a 1 small tissue roll suffice? We ended up going to carrefour express nearby and just bought ourselves a pack as it looks like this hotel is scrimping and being CHEAP! It would be understandable if they had bidet but NO. It’s like you have to continually ask for basic things featured on their list everyday and every time. Like they expect you to ask for handouts instead of providing it as advertised. They also provide you with this mini 1.32 fl oz lotion and conditioner. On the 3rd day

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful area .Friendly and helpful staff..Would recommend it.. Can't wait to go back. Great restaurants and cafes in this beautiful part of Paris. My wife and I stayed for 4 days and walked all over Paris in beautiful sunshine

A newly renovated hotel in Paris, good location to public transport and within walkable distance to several locations. Loved the interior design, and the cleanliness. Also loved the very generous cancellation policy and the reasonably priced breakfast (15€/person). Did not like the very small toilet seat - that needs to change. A normal European adult will be unable to use it properly (major minus points for that!). Also, the elevator is tiny and only accessible after first walking up a flight of stairs. Will book again when back in Paris. Recommended for a couple, but treat yourself to the bigger rooms.

I had an incredible stay at this charming hotel in Paris. The location was perfect, offering easy access to major attractions while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was elegant and comfortable, with stunning views of the city.
