Nice stay

Geen geluid te horen van buiten en binnen. Prima douche; ook bad beschikbaar. Heel sympathiek personeel. Kwam ruim na ontbijttijd beneden, kreeg in de lounge/bar nog gratis koffie en croissants.

We stayed here on two different occasions in October. We chose this hotel since it was close to our friend’s home in Paris. Our first stay was for one night only and we were given a room on the top floor that had a lovely outdoor balcony with places to sit and enjoy the day or evening in Paris. We really enjoyed the balcony and the room was clean, comfortable bed, and enough space. The little mini fridge had a complimentary bottle of water, a bottle of juice, a bottle of soda, and a bottle of sparkling water. Those complimentary drinks was a very thoughtful and welcomed plus! After a trip to London, we arrived back in Paris and we stayed here again for four nights. This time we were given a room on the first floor. The outside noise was noticeable. Every day in the late afternoon, there was some type of film class filming a report outside our hotel window. Early in the morning, we would hear large banging noises from some type of truck outside our windows. Our room was on the backside of the hotel so it was not along the busy street. The beds were still very comfortable and the room was very clean. We had the complimentary water, juice, and soda in the mini fridge. Each day, they would tidy up our room and usually they would refill the mini fridge with complementary drinks. This was very nice and definitely a plus. We did not care for them leaving our windows open each day and the window did not lock. The neighborhood was absolutely wonderful! There are many fantastic restaurants nearby (Mokonuts and L’ aubergeade are two we highly recommend), a wonderful farmers market that seems to be open daily with fresh produce, and nice boutique shops nearby. We loved exploring the area! We found a wonderful little pastry shop that we visited every morning and they made the best cafe eclairs and almond crescents. It was a little shop with a small park across the street called Blè sucrè. This hotel was also close to several metro stops which made getting around Paris easy. We would definitely stay in this neighborhood again and we would stay at this hotel on the top floor again. The reason it is rated four instead of five is because the first floor was noisy and the window did not lock.

The room was comfortable but small. The shower controls were fiddly. Breakfast choice was limited, especially the cheeses for a French hotel. The bacon was the worst I've ever had in a hotel. Not 4-star for food.

I had a short one night stay at Mercure Paris Bastille Saint Antoine. The property lived up to my expectations of the brand, with a clean and comfortable room. Good overhead shower, and reliable wifi. I took breakfast, which was reasonable value for the location with a good range and decent quality.

The hotel is slightly outside the central city tourist hotspots. However it is easy to catch a Metro into the city. The location has many nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is slightly tired but for the price of a nights stay it is very nice for Paris. The staff at this hotel are a credit to the Mecure group. They could not do enough for you. They were always giving good recommendations for places to visit including the best way of getting there. If I visit Paris again in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel.

Awful. Incredibly unhelpful. My flight was cancelled due to french air strike and the hotel wouldn’t even refund my prepayment for breakfast, despite me being unable to travel. I understand if my room couldn’t be cancelled, but not refunding extras like breakfast, is just wrong.

Delighted to report that both my stays at Bastille Saint Antoine were excellent. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Both rooms were comfortable and I slept well. Breakfasts were good and I liked the freshly squeezed orange juice as I often find it too acid.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti integrando un pacchetto Boscolo. La Stanza era davvero piccola, ma soprattutto scarico WC non funzionante, per cui ci è stato fornito un secchiello. Nonostante la Nostra ripetuta segnalazione il problema non è stato risolto e non ci hanno neppure fatto cambiare la stanza ne’ offerto sconti per il grave disagio. Inoltre, in 3 giorni mai cambiate le asciugamani. Non è assolutamente all’altezza delle 4 stelle.

Hotel carino con personale molto gentile e disponibile sicuramente il loro punto di forza.Camera dotata di tutti i confort unico consiglio ricaricare bene i dispenser sapone nei bagni. Colazione buona con scelta tra salto e dolce, piccola pecca la sala piccola per ospitare molti ospiti. Posizione comoda 15 min dalla metro

Elegimos este Hotel por su relativa cercanía a Estación de Tren Lyon. El barrio es tranquilo y posee múltiples opciones en sus cercanías. La habitación amplia, cómoda y silenciosa, con todo lo necesario para una grata estadía. Nos quedamos 3 noches, la limpieza de habitación pronta y correcta. Como mejora, habría sido ideal que repusieran stock de te/café durante la estadía. El área de recepción es pequeña, pero cómoda. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento a ayudarte.

Per essere un 4 stelle mi sarò aspettato di più in linea generale… se posso dare un consiglio, ampliare la colazione con più dolci come torte, pancake, crêpes, tende troppo sul salato, ci è capitato inoltre che già alle ore 09:00 la frittata che era finita non è stata riportata… tutto sommato siamo stati bene…
