The location is good. Rooms are Ok but very tight. The design is somewhat old school.

Excellent service. I got bug bite in room and the staff helped me to change to another room.

The room si very small and smell badly. I had asked for a non-smoking room yet my room smell like an ashtray. I am very alergic to tobacco and the cigarette smelling. I asked to have the room change but the hotel only provided a person came up to my room to treat the smell. The room still smelled like an ashtray but the hotel would not change my room.. I would not stay or recommend this hotel

Service: The service was incredibly impressive, exceptionally warm, attentive, and meticulous. Every staff member was very patient and provided traditional, attentive service at every step. You could relax and relax before even entering the room. Environment: Old-money style, clean yet luxurious. Facilities: The only complaint is that room 615 has a slight safety hazard. The bathroom glass door opens inwards and touches the roof ridge.

The location is excellent, on Peace Street, next to the Ritz. The suite was newly renovated and was nice, but the bathtub had very little water and no shower curtain, so it was not very convenient to take a bath.

It's OK, in general. The hotel is in a prime location, and it's very convenient to go to many places in Paris, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old, not very new.
