Ulasan 121 Paris Hotel

Calling this place a "hotel" is false advertising. It is a dilapidated, mold-infested, dumpster. There is a constant smell of damp and disinfectant. The elevator rarely worked and we had to use their stained, musty and steep stairs. The Walls & Doors were filthy, scuffed, and had mysterious stains. The Air Vents: Blocked with dust and fluff. The Furniture: The chair was broken and the mattress had a massive dip in the middle. In the Bathroom there was active, visible BLACK MOLD growing around the shower and sink. The shower head was broken and when we asked for them to fix it or change the room they advised this was a regular occurrence in all their rooms and they were used to replacing it with a cheap option every few days. The photos on their website have been so heavily edited and photoshopped, they are in no way an actual representation of the establishment. I will say, the only thing that wasn't a complete disaster was the staff. The people at the front desk were responsive and genuinely seemed to want to help. The problem is the building itself. It is rotten to its core. No amount of polite service can fix structural decay and profound, ingrained filth. I never felt a moment of comfort or relaxation.

The hotel is clean. Hotel staff are very helpful with directions and assistance for our transportation. The location is perfect for affordable boulangerie and restaurants. Two minutes away from the metro. Very accessible.

Good location at the heart of Montmarte neighborhood.Place to explore the Parisian daily life. Lots of Cafe almost at every corner.

Good service but poor toilet design not enough plugs in the room

The room was smaller and darker than expected. Great shower. The tap on the sink was loose.

The hotel is very tired and needs renovations and plumbing. The floors and bed are creaky. Cleanliness is average (see photo of curtains). The staff is polite and friendly, and there's a Russian-speaking employee. We arrived an hour early and were checked in according to the agreed-upon time. You can leave your luggage in the lobby while you wait. The location is good.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around. There's a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping easy and restaurants plentiful. I even saw several Chinese paintings in the hotel, which was a very homely experience for Chinese people living abroad. I'm so grateful to the hotel's front desk staff for offering us a kettle, afternoon tea, and snacks after our City Walk. It felt like home and was incredibly heartwarming. If I ever return to Paris, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel rooms have wooden floors and the sliding doors are relatively smooth. No water cups, slippers, or other amenities are provided. The hotel is less than 3 minutes from the subway, but if you have large luggage, it is recommended to take the bus to the central station because the subway does not have elevators or escalators!

We were greeted with a smile. There was an elevator, the room was clean, a good size, and there was a bathtub, so it was comfortable.

This was my first accommodation on my first trip to Europe, and it wasn't very accessible from the airport. The facilities were very outdated, but the staff were very friendly.
