Very kind persons in this hotel. Everything was great

歷史悠久的酒店，整體應該重新裝修過，內飾華麗又嶄新。位置離盧浮宮走路3分鐘，去盧浮宮就像飯後遛彎，我們訂了兩晚又延住了一晚，三天的時間去盧浮宮溜達了三趟。門口的路人不多，可能是奧運期間也沒有看到閑散人員。在街角有一家咖啡廳，可頌很好吃。酒店自己的餐廳叫cafe 51，我們在這裏和來自全球的遊客一起看了奧運閉幕式，很輕鬆的氛圍，餐食是偏簡單的全球菜式，選擇不太多但是偏健康飲食。我們沒有要求太多服務，房間不大，也沒要求每天有清理服務。

家族3人で宿泊しましたが写真とは全く違い、部屋が狭く窓の景色は隣の建物オフィス？でカーテンを閉めた状態でした。ジャグジーは地下にあり大人が2、3人入る広さで想像とは違います。(宿泊費20万円以上)スーツケース3つでしたが床置きにした場合一つ広げられる程度です。 とても楽しみにしていたので残念です。このホテルの近隣の他のホテルにも宿泊させて頂きましたが同額くらいのホテルでしたが窓からの景色もよく、スーツケースを3つ広げられる広さも十分あり家族も喜んでいました。 朝食会場は雰囲気がありお料理は美味しかったです。スタッフはとても親切です。

聯通房房間很好，適合我們四口之家。店員都十分熱情友善，地理位置也非常便利，離盧浮宮3-5分鐘步行就到了。

多一位14歲小朋友多收我400歐，比多訂一房還貴，並且不肯按攜程價升級

Magnifique établissement avec une chambre tout confort.

We’ve stayed at many boutique hotels, and this one was no different. I asked my husband to request a quiet room, and it was. He handled the research, narrowing it down to this hotel or Grand Powers. Since we wouldn’t be spending much time in the room, we opted for a standard size, typical of Paris—compact but sufficient. We were welcomed with champagne and a chocolate bar. The room lacked an ironing board, but one could likely be requested. The bed was very comfortable, though the lower-floor balconies are not true balconies. We slept well on all nights. We didn’t choose the hotel for views. The bathroom was clean, featuring a bath tub but no walk-in shower. Concierge (both gentlemen) were helpful with recommendations, bookings museums, palaces and booking a taxis to the airport. The only downside was breakfast. I found the drip coffee too strong for my liking (I'm a tea drinker) , and most items on the menu were an extra charge, unlike other five-star hotels we’ve stayed at. The scrambled eggs were undercooked, although the poached eggs were prepared better the next day. Overall a great hotel and great location. Within walking distance to the Metro, Louvre and the Louvre Carousel shopping centre. I am happy my husband chose this hotel.

The whole experience at this hotel was outstanding, specially the staff, they were extremely friendly and willing to help any way they could to make our stay memorable. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing as well. The best breakfast, the whole 6 days was there. The location of this beautiful boutique hotel was perfect, walking distance metro and many of the main attractions. I would definitely go back to the same hotel on my next visit to Paris.

From start to finish, our stay was incredible! There is so much attention to detail and customer service. We had a junior suite, and there was a complimentary bottle of red wine along with 2 wine glasses along with a welcome card upon our arrival. Room was cleaned each day and turn down service was performed each evening. The hotel is conveniently near the Louvre, restaurants, and shopping with all being within walking distance. I am definitely planning another trip to Paris for next year and plan to stay at the Grand Hotel!

Nice bed, clean room, big bathroom Amazing location just next to Louvre museum made our stay in paris very comportable. Staff was all kind and tried to answer to our needs. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Though room was bit small, everything else was near perfection. I would sincerly reccomend this hotel to my friends or family member who are going to visit paris.

This was a stay I will truly cherish and remember forever. Right from entry, we were greeted so beautifully, helped immediately with our luggage and went to check in. The check in process was smooth and efficient. They took time to show us around the hotel before guiding us to each room. We had a total of 3 rooms reserved and each room had such beauty and uniqueness to it. Beautifully designed, super clean, bright natural lighting and an extremely comfortable bed you didn’t want to get out of! We stayed for 3 nights but could have easily stayed for longer. The staff here are so welcoming and kind! No request was too much for them. They very much thrive off providing a high level of customer service The little personal touches throughout this stay including the most delicious chocolates they would leave us was the cherry on top of a perfect time here! We would love to return

Small gem of a hotel tucked away in a central location, right next to Palais Royal. Very welcoming staff, offering us a much appreciated glass of champagne upon arrival. Beautiful hotel with a small spa and adequate gym. Decor is modern with the most wonderful smells being pumped throughout the hotel lobby. Dyptique toiletries in every room! A romantic stay for my husband and me. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Hotel very central perfect place to enjoy all the sites of Paris. The rooms are very well appointed and the staff very friendly. I would highly recommend and will definately stay again the next time we go to Paris. A bonus being the Emily in Paris setting

Loved this hotel. Pros: -great central location with easy access to metro -super friendly staff with champagne greeting and a concierge that went above and beyond -small but cozy rooms -very comfortable beds -well decorated -extremely great place to return to after a day in Paris. Even thought there are so many great hotels in Paris, will be hard to stay elsewhere
