Nice hotel, modern rooms. Service is poor though - only provided room at 5pm as it wasn't ready.

To clarify, I messed up the reservation booking 2 rooms and not specifying the number of adults and kids per room. In our room we were 2 adults and my 3 year old, and the other room 2 adults and a 10 year old. The hotel made us purchase another room for 3 nights. They stated the rooms were too small for cots, while 2 of the rooms where quite large. I wouldn’t have minded paying for additional cot fee for both rooms but having to buy a additional room that we didn’t use for a 10 year old and a 3 year old doesn’t make sense to me. They could have figured out a better way to accommodate us and in a nicer way.

This hotel is located on a very quiet part of the Faubourg St Honore, so it's nice and quiet, but nicely located to teh Champs Elysee as well as the metro. A cool hip vibe with large bedroom and beautiful bathrooms

Amazing location, rooms were sparkling clean and comfortable, lovely staff! Pley hotel really made our holiday amazing.

I had a great clean and comfortable big room. And the hotel was very quiet. The staff were gentle and helpful. I definitely will be back again sooner. The most I like is that you can easy to walk down to Champs-Élysées. You don’t need to worry about going back to hotel after Enjoying the great lighting night streets of the Champs Elysees.

There is a problem with the morality of the housekeeper. Two hours after the check-up, I remembered that I had left my blazer in my closet, so when I called, the clothes were already gone. It lacks the basic elements of the hotel,trust. It's the place that made my experience in Paris worst.

We had such an enjoyable stay at Pley Hotel back in August. We enjoyed the ambiance of this boutique hotel along with a very good complementary breakfast each morning. We loved our room with operable windows and a view. Clean and charming, with friendly and helpful staff! Walking distance to Arc of Triomphe, restaurants and grocery stores. Lovely lounge area, wish we had known there was a whole ever lounge level and a rooftop! We discovered it on our last day. Can’t say enough good things about this place!
