Ulasan Leonardo Boutique Hotel Paris Opera

This hotel was recommended by my friend, and considering transportation, sightseeing location and safety. Also there are many restaurants nearby to choose. The hotel service staff is very nice and friendly, and the room was clean. There are thoughtfully prepared snacks and tea. Although the breakfast menu did not change much every day, but the croissants and cheese are delicious. Thank you for giving me a great accommodation experience in my first trip to Paris.

Modern, clean, comfortable and very cozy rooms. The hotel is located near the metro station, there are many different restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel has friendly staff always ready to help and a pleasant atmosphere.

This is the hotel in Paris where I have the worst service and the worst breakfast! The location is good, but after eating breakfast once, I don’t want to eat it a second time! Very speechless. Then the reception phone was deliberately busy. If there is a problem, it will not be a problem if it is not solved! The sound insulation effect is also poor! Very disappointed! I will never stay here again!

The bath plug is broken and won't work. And the hotel reaction and the next day still not changed.

Location is just awesome. Basically every touristic attraction is 20 minutes walk - louvre, moulin rouge, champ elysees, pompidou etc. Hotel is located right in the middle of the restaurant and cafe epicenter, but is in a nice and safe neighborhood. However, the street itself is very silent at night. Very nice reataurant is just outside - friends and family, highly recommend it. The room is small, which is typical for Paris, but the bathroom has hardly any vents, and the toilet is crammed very close to the wall. Not a pleasant experience. Overall - very good.

Bed sheets had obvious stains. Walls on toilet are cracked. They shut off the air conditioning without informing guests and the room had completely no ventilation, and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. When it is clearly stated in the hotel listing that air conditioning is provided. My room’s phone was not working and had to head all the way i down to address my concern, only to not have any of them attended to. All doors were squeaky, you could hear the banging of walls from other rooms and it was really loud. It was an utterly unpleasant stay and super disappointed with trip.com and the hotel’s resolutions.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was kind and helpful. The room (junior suite) was roomy, clean, comfortable, tranquil and well decorated. This hotel is located in the Cité Bergère which is a quiet hotel lined street near the Grands Boulevards. There are many eating, shopping and transport options nearby. Excellent place to stay, recommended!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a very good location - near everything yet quiet at night. Service exceptional, amenities excellent. Definitely coming back!
