The service was excellent. Our room wasn’t ready on the day but we were accommodated and moved to our suite the next day. Unfortunately only 2 of the requested 3 bed were put up. The good things were how they put it right, not that it was wrong. It’s about how you correct errors for me so I was very happy. Helped with plans of things to see, taxi called. Right in the heart of Paris, just off the Champs Elysees. A great base to see Paris

I have booked the hotel for my business visit in Paris. On arrival everything passed well, although I didn't find a blonde girl, working on the reception very pleasant. She asked me for my card (not to charge me for the guarantee) but to copy it as a guarantee. I don't like such practices because afterwards the card details can be stolen. The rest passed well. I stayed in room No 31. The room was clean and nice. A little bit hot, as they set the temperature centrally, but it was not a problem for me as I could open the window to have some fresh air.

Our eight day stay at the Hotel Claridge was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The hotel is a beautiful, boutique style establishment located just a street over from the fabulous Champs Elysees. It is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and very safe. The hotel staff are kind, charming, helpful and efficient. They truly go out of their way to answer any question or issue you may have and treat you like you are part of the family. The room and bathroom are both spacious and tastefully decorated. Our breakfast each morning was utterly delicious and we were given lots of fresh and in-house cooked options. It was our first time staying at Hotel Claridge; but it will definitely not be our last. We look forward to many more visits in the future and to catch up with the new friends we made there.

This charming classical hotel is perfectly situated near the Champs Elyse and the Arc de Triumph. The decor is a brilliant blend of classical and modern. Great attention to detail. The staff was attentive and very helpful. We loved our short stay.

I loved this hotel! The location was incredible, rooms were beautiful and staff were so friendly. My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights for a girls weekend for our first time in Paris. We were so impressed with Hotel Claridge. Upon arrival the staff took our bags up to our room, we then checked in which was smooth and easy. We paid for a deluxe room which included a great wardrobe, huge chandelier, huge bed, sitting area and even double sinks! We had a lovely view of the street from our large windows and would often just sit and look out. The location is also perfect and is walking distance to most of Paris. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will most definitely stay here again! We were also able to have breakfast brought up to our room which was extremely handy with 2 girls that take a while to get ready.

The hotel looked lovely when we arrived. We asked if the bathroom had a separate shower - one not in the tub. The accommodated us and changed our room. Unfortunately, that night there was a severe rain storm and we were on the top floor. We heard water dripping and luckily we moved our suitcase away. We called down and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was lovely. The staff were extremely accommodating. Because of our troubles, they sent us beautiful flowers and champagne. The found out it was my birthday, and they sent us wine to the room. The manager, Mr. Xavier Lenoir could not have been more accommodating and the staff were delightful. Breakfast was adequate and charming. Just a note - if you are handicapped, you do have to walk up or down a few steps to get to the elevator. Fabulous location. Loved our stay and would surely recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff. They treat you like royalty!!! I had a rather difficult train ride to Paris. They brought me water immediately on my arrival and sat me down to complete my registration. I must have been ill looking. SO very nice of them!!! A staff member literally wrote directions for me so I would not get lost. There was always someone working who spoke fluent English. I really appreciated that. I only wish I could have stayed longer!!!!!

Excellent location all the posh shops (Chanel, Dior, YSL) are steps away from the hotel, as well as top celebrity hotels like Plaza Athene, Four seasons and Bulgari Hotel are a block away from Hotel Claridge. Beautiful small boutique hotel, breakfast included. The rooms are very nice clean well maintained, the staff is wonderful, everyone from the restaurant to cleaning crew to front desk is so attentive. Peter was at the front desk and was so patient and nice, I bothered him with everything and anything and he was always pleasant. My only suggestion would be to add restaurant service for lunch and dinner, they have room service but the food was not as good as the breakfast they serve in-house. I would definitely recommend staying here

Clean and food sized room. Staff was super helpful. Room wasn’t huge but worked perfect. Breakfast was fine but not worth the charge. Area was very clean and safe and Eiffel Tower wasn’t a bad walk. It’s in a pretty upscale area so the shopping/restaurants weren’t what we were looking for and it’s pretty far from all other sites. Did not see any coin laundry which we had been told it had.
