the location is okay, just the room is really small, as well as the lift. staff are friendly.

It was a nice location and the staff was very helpful. The elevator was crazy small but could fit one big and one small suitcases. There is a small fridge in the room. The room smelled funny when I walked in but there were big windows in the bedroom and bathroom so it was ok. Overall good stay!

It was alright. Booked for one night. Arrived at the hotel in the morning (around 11-ish am), and front desk let us to do early check-in. Hotel was rusty but clean enough. They’ve got world’s small elevator. (Of course better than nothing for sure) Room was quite spacious. It would’ve been better if they have transparent thin white curtain rather than thick dark curtain. One major inconvenience was the door lock. Card key wasn’t working (they gave us spare key at last). Staff were kind :)

Everything was good about this Hotel, I like the location I like the stuff is very very kind clean. This is very nice. Everyone is very kind in in this hotel. I suggest to everyone to choose this.

Renovation needed!

The location of the room is very convenient. It is within walking distance of the subway station and Paris Spring. There are many Chinese and Korean restaurants around. However, the soundproofing of the hotel is almost zero, and the conversations in the next room can be heard. The room facilities are old. There are no slippers, toothbrushes and toiletries, only one bar of soap. The hygiene is average, and the towels are old and stained. For breakfast, only boiled eggs, coffee, and two kinds of bread are provided, nothing else. In the first two days, a family with a baby lived in the next room. They cried every morning. We negotiated with the hotel to change rooms, but they were told that there was no room every time. The curtains in the room were not up and light was transparent. There were three people at the front desk, and the black girl was better. The other two wore glasses and did not speak English, so communication was difficult. Not recommended, and will not stay again.

The air conditioner in the room didn't work. When we checked in, they told us the city tax was waived for two rooms. Then, when we checked out, they said one room wasn't exempt. They locked the door and wouldn't open it until we paid. It was incredibly dishonest. If I hadn't been catching a flight, I would have definitely argued with them.

Very good, near the opera house

Except for the good location, the other aspects are not as good as domestic guest houses. The elevator can only take one person with a suitcase. The front desk gave me a corner room. I looked at the other rooms and this one is the smallest.

There is air conditioning but it is broken throughout the building and cannot be used, so it was impossible to sleep in Paris where the temperature was 35 degrees. There is a hair dryer but it was broken and could not be used. The building is very old and is different from the pictures. Many staff members cannot speak English.

I didn't have to choose it if I could. I originally booked two days, but I had to cancel the second day due to something unexpected. The hotel refused to agree and refused to refund or check out. I had no choice but to let my friend stay there to avoid wasting money. I didn't expect that the hotel had sold out the rooms? I asked my friend to find another hotel temporarily.

It is located next to the Paris Opera and Galeries Lafayette, about a 10-minute walk. This newly renovated hotel has a very strong smell of paint. The corridors and rooms have a strong smell of paint!!! I feel like I'm addicted living here!!! It also has the smallest elevator in the world, which can only take one person with a suitcase upstairs!!! Run, run!

The location is great! Very close to Saint-Lazare train station, 10 minutes walk to Galeries Lafayette and Paris Opera House. Metro and bus are nearby. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets are all within 5 minutes walk. The boy at the front desk speaks good English. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage first.

The transportation is very convenient, and it's not far to walk to the Champs Elysees!
