Great location but v small rooms and extremely tired. Breakfast isn't worth paying for but if it's included then fine at least you get a cup of coffee, but not much choice.

Firstly I would like to add that the staff at this hotel are very creepy and not friendly. The doors to the hotel was constantly locked and I had to knock on the door to be able to be let in. Upon checking in I entered a room which was so cold like ice the heater didn’t work I told the staff and they didn’t care inside of the room was horrible there was no Safe and broken wardrobes hair on the bed and a foul smell. I was told by the receptionist he was so rude that whenever I leave the hotel I must handover my room key so that they can know who is in my room when I am not there I found it very odd and refused to give my key he said to me the receptionist that is a preferred method at the hotel to take my room key every time I leave the premises and when I come in I should ask for the room key this is the most strangest thing I’ve ever encountered and I’m so disappointed it has ruined my whole trip. I could not sleep as I was scared.

This property is by far the best in Paris. Very walkable to the major attractions. Literally 4 mins walk to Trocadero. The guy on the front desk was amazing too. Out flight got re scheduled and we had to stay another night, we were given discount to stay another night. My family is very happy we stayed here. Highly recommended. Breakfast was also good! :-)

This property was perfect! A quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, cafes & restaurants close by, friendly staff and clean rooms. The check in was very easy and the staff was accommodating. Breakfast had lots of options and it was delicious. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our toddlers. Highly recommend this adorable place !

Hotel is close to everything. Staff were all personable and pleasantly nice, helpful and courteous. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast is available. Overall had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t mind going back. Thank you Hotel Longchamp Elysees.

We spent four nights at this hotel. It was very pretty and quaint. We met the owner and she was lovely. The staff was also very friendly! There are a few things I wish we had been aware of.....there was not an elevator to get to our room on the second floor. The narrow stairs were somewhat difficult with luggage. There was no place to unpack our luggage-no drawers, etc. We had to live out of our suitcases which was difficult and disappointing. It made the room extremely cramped and uncomfortable. (there were 3 of us) If we had know these two things, we may not have stayed. But, we were happy with the staff and service.

The elevator was having technical difficulties. They worked hard to fix it and in the meantime, were incredibly helpful to us. I salute their staff who were always available at the desk. They did extra effort on our behalf. I would definitely stay there again.
