房間鑰匙是很傳統的，出門需要把鑰匙放前台，衞生間門是壞的，設施都特別舊，隔音特別特別差，

TOUT A BIEN FONCTIONNE l hotel est bien correct bonne nuit literie confortable la chambre bien chauffée et renovee tout était bien propre petite salle de douche sèche cheveux eau chaude et petits articles shampooing savon . Petite table pour travailler sur ordi bref amplement suffisant pour un passage a Paris. ils ont garde nos bagages à cause de notre arrivée assez tôt Rue calme - Bon emplacement station Métro toute proche je recommande cet hôtel j y retournerai au besoin.

Good location, looks good from outside, room was clean and smelled with lemon fragrance but that’s it. Very late check-in available, inside room it felt very old, lot of broken stuff, shower was very small, in the morning without warning maid opened door and came inside and wanted to clean room while we were inside - there was still time for check-out...

Don’t go there. Do not even think about it.
It is infested with bedbugs. All the 4th floor. I was in room 403 and woke up at 1Am with 20 bites. The bugs were big, means they’ve been there a long time.
I spoke with the reception and he didn’t care.
Dont be fooled by the pictures, it is not as advertised.

Quaint little property. Excellent location for getting around on public transport. Room with a bed , tv and ensuite. We enjoyed our stay.

Was due to stay in this hotel in Summer 2020. It was cancelled due to Covid. I received a voucher from the hotel stating I had18 months to use the voucher and if not used by that time the money would be reimbursed. I did not use the voucher and have contacted the property with 3 emails with no reply. I take it the hotel will not be responding to my emails and therefore will not be reimbursing the amount paid as they said they would. Word of warning to everyone when paying up front and in advance with this hotel.

Reveille en pleine nuit par la présence de souris dans la chambre 103, pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours sur 3 nuits réserver. Aucun geste commercial de la part de la direction malgré mes mails et ceux de la réception. Inadmissible pour un soit disant 2 étoiles, douche très petite, toilette non fixé ascenseur en panne le premier jour.
