Ulasan Hotel Prince Albert Wagram

Недоброжелательный персонал на ресепшене. Я хотел заселиться раньше на один час, у меня запросили оплату за дополнительные сутки. Нет холодильника в номере. Ресепшен не работает круглосуточно. Завтрак стоит 13 евро - включает круассан и кофе. Очень скудно и не стоит этих денег. Рядом открылся большой супермаркет, что является плюсом.

航空公司弄丟了我的行李，行李找回的時候填了酒店的地址，後續一直麻煩前台協助我和機場溝通。前台換了好幾位，但是每一位都耐心地幫助我解決問題，細心地寫下我的需求。感謝他們～

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica. Está cerca del Arco del Triunfo, Torre Eiffel y Campos Elíseos, tiene parada de metro cercana y el barrio donde se encuentra es muy tranquilo. El personal es amabilísimo y la habitación muy acogedora y limpia. Nos proporcionaron plancha y también tenedores en un momento de necesidad. La temperatura fantástica. Lo único que sugeriría mejorar es el aislamiento de ruido en cuanto al pasillo aunque nosotros no tuvimos problemas gordos con el ruido. También la intimidad del wc que se encontraba en un espacio muy reducido donde cabe una persona a duras penas y con una mampara traslúcida donde se vislumbra la figura de la persona mientras hace sus necesidades. El resto, muy bien. Muy contentos en general.

房間隔音很差，浴室很糟糕，第一天去晚了還被安排在一樓靠路邊的房間，晚上根本沒睡到覺，前台服務員的溝通也很差

The hotel is well located and has most of the necessary amenities, although the rooms isolation is terrible, You can basically hear everything going on in the hallway and other rooms My room smelled cigarette all the time, even after the cleaning staff did my room

We stayed 3 nights were here on family trip to see Paris and requested adjacent room which we had they were quite small but had separate bathrooms which was handy. Overall it was clean but was slightly odd property. Very warm air on didn’t really work, and breakfast seemed a bit stingy with not a lot of variety. Not a lot of staff around and overall location was fine because it had good access to the train and Metro.

The location is great and the rooms look recently renovated and modern, but the air conditioning was not working and the room insolated is very poor, we heard everything from the corridor

Conveniently located, this hotel is very clean while the staff nice and helpful. Despite being relatively small, the room was well organized. The spot is quiet but the area boasts many nice restaurants.

Our experience in the hotel was excellent.. The room is very clean and the facilities meet the standard point. Every time we need something, the personal in charge, was very keen to help. We are looking forward to visit hotel Albert Wagram again. Many thanks to the people in the reception and to the wonderful women, who cleaned our room.

Perfect for what we needed! Stayed for 3 nights and wanted somewhere clean, nice area, good location & a good nights sleep & it delivered on all of the above! Nicely decorated, clean, nice staff & in a residential area felt very safe No noise & comfortable room About 25 min walk to the Arc de Triumph & we walked everywhere during our stay Some lovely bars & restaurants within 5 mins We had breakfast 1 morning and there was lots of choice & all very fresh

The location was perfect we hired bikes to get around locally wasn't far to local tourist attractions. Hotel was amazing so comfy and modern, room was very small but we barely spent much time in there. Hosts and all staff were polite and went above and beyond. Breakfast was so fresh and lovely so much to choose from highly recommended

Lovely stay. Very clean, provided everything we need. Good city hotel on affordable budget Staff great help too. Room is small but expected for Paris. Good shower and good location with many stations nearby
