Room, breakfast, location excellent. Terrible coffee. Stupid policy of bringing your own coffee cup from your room to the lobby to get coffee. Being environmentally friendly is wonderful but if you want coffee to go there's no paper cups and they want you to bring a mug from your room, and wash it yourself. If you forget your mug the front desk people act like you are asking for a kidney and will reluctantly give you a paper cup. Shared courtyard of hotel is very noisy, until past midnight and all day, apparently from the Novotel hotel next door which they have no control over. Request outside room facing the street!

Excellent apartment hotel! Location is great, next to subway station, surrounded by a lot of shops, bars and restaurants and huge shopping mall Westfield. Walk distance to Pompidou center, Musee Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee Dorsay etc. Very convenient! Staff are nice, very helpful and importantly speak good English. We really like the place and will stay again when we return to Paris.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the Metro and in the heart of a busy area. I appreciate the complimentary 24/7 hot drinks service at the reception area which was comforting, and the self service "comfort room" where you can exchange the towels on your own if you need to.
The rooms are very clean, modern, extremely well equipped and service staff helpful and polite. I will come back again. Thanks for the lively experience!

Excellent location. Next to train station direct to airport and Disneyland. Walking distance to notre dame and Louvre. Plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. Value for money for a down town service apartment. Newly renovated. Maintained to a good standard. Check in staff well trained and mannered. I will return.

The air conditioning in the room is malfunctioning, and even after seeking help from the staff, it still cannot be started. Two people checked in but only had one pair of slippers. Requesting the front desk to send another pair of slippers has not been received.
