It’s relatively a small room and a bathroom, but for that price in France ,I think it’s a good deal. The clean and cozy, convenient location to public transport. Safe to walk on the street at night.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

I don't expect luxury from a hostel, but I do expect cleanliness. On the surface the hostel appears clean. Most importantly, the bed sheets and mattress are clean. However, look beyond that and you'll see it's filthy and obviously never given a deep clean. Down the side of the lower bunk there is what must be months and months of rotten food, old socks, dirt and dust that has been allowed to collect. No wonder the room smells so musty and stuffy. My bunk had blood streaks from a squashed bug (and live mosquitoes flying about), as well as sticky finger prints all over the bed panels and window. Furthermore, the noise level is crazy. I understand on a Friday people want to party so the bar was blasting out music and the 1st floor rooms are not sound proof - I actually didn't mind that. What annoyed me was the fact that they were blasting music through the speakers in the 1st floor toilet/shower rooms. WHY?! This made the room and hallways even noisier. Its only saving grace is the location (and free wi-fi). It can feel a bit dodgy walking through there alone as a single woman at night, but so can any big city... The hostel is close to some great bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions (Père Lachaise Cemetery, for example). I'd recommend hiring a bike to get around - there's quite a few Vélib' bike stations a short walk away.

all are fine, especially there is capsule coffee machine for us. 2 metro can be accessed within 2 minutes and 1 more can accessed in5 minutes. only the carpets seems not so good

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

I checked into this hotel on March 17th. On March 18th I left the hotel at 11:50 noon. I was the only one in the quadruple room when I left. Other tenants have checked out. I am also confirming that my 20-inch suitcase is locked. And double locked in the 30-inch luggage. And the laptop is locked in the iron cabinet provided by the hotel, and the lock is double-checked. before leaving the room. PM 18:40 I return to the hotel. After charging in the lobby on the first floor, return to the second floor at 19:40 PM. When I opened the door with a magnetic card, I found that the 20-inch suitcase was taken out of the 30-inch suitcase. Both pieces of luggage had been vandalized open and things were missing. The lock on the iron cabinet was also damaged, and the laptop inside was not taken away. I immediately went downstairs to inform the hotel counter and asked her to come upstairs with me. Later, the hotel staff invited me to the police station. I hurried to the police station, and the police station asked me to call 17 when I went back to the hotel. They will follow the procedure. I wish I'd listened to the few recent bad reviews that had been written about this property and kept my reservation at our original small boutique, well-rated BW affiliated hotel. However, given we were only staying a night and that it was offered for a reasonable number of points for as a Bonvoy reward, I took the jump. Elite members used to decent Marriott-branded hotels, spend the extra points and choose one of the other Paris hotels (the Westin, the other Marriott or the Renaissance). I can confirm that: -AC or the hotel's ventilation system currently doesn't work. Windows don't open. We had the vent blowing on ”high” and it was just recirculating air. I have a travel clock that's also a thermometer. We never managed to cool the room below 24C. It was around 13 or 14C outside that night. Shouldn't have been that hard to cool down the room by 2-3 degrees to sleep well. I love the thick feather duvets Marriott uses, but not when the room can't be cooled down to 20-21C. When I called the service hotline, I was told they were having issues with the system and it was what it was. No offer to even bring up a fan. Nothing. It was a ”oh well, too bad” attitude. -We also had toilet issues. Our toilet flushed poorly. You had to hold the flush button for at least 30 seconds to properly flush anything. -Platinum/Titanium elite members, forget about receiving any value or being recognized here. I don't expect an upgrade to a suite or the top corner room every time I stay. I understand hotels do what they can with what they have available. Their inventory shows ”executive” rooms and diffetent types of suites available. We booked a standard ”Paris view” king room and received a ”Paris view, high floor” king room. The way the floors are built, the elevators are in the middle. There's around 15, maybe 18 rooms to the left or right of the elevator lobby on each floor. Our door was 4 doors away. Couldn't even be bothered to place us further away. That was my minimal expectation. No slippers or bathrobes in rooms here. Poor shower pressure. Good luck washing your hair if you have long ones. -Front desk: The coldest reception welcome I've received at a Marriott in a long time. I swear if Bill Marriott was still CEO, properties like this would get a call from HQ to review their staff training. We are French Canadians. The agent was struggling in French and answered us in English a few times even though we were clearly not English speakers. That was extremely odd in Paris. No mention of Bonvoy status, only that, and I quote ”breakfast is not included. Because of your membership, you can take the continental buffet tomorrow morning at the restaurant. Normally, it's not included, but we don't have a lounge at the moment”. Jeez louise, I felt like I was being handed a favour... -There's a ”Bonvoy Elite” line for the front desk, but it was neither manned or enforced in the evening when we arrrived, or the following day at check out, where the line was all t

GWに二泊しました。モンパルナス駅もダンフェール・ロシュロー駅も歩いて13分くらいです。 モンパルナス駅発着の空港バスがなくなったので、ダンフェール・ロシュロー駅からRERで乗り換えなく空港に行くことができるのはとても便利です。 地下鉄はゲテ駅が8分くらいのところにあります。 大きな通りにあるホテルなので周りは明るく夜に歩いても怖さはありません。しかも夜は静かです。 モンパルナス駅近くのモノプリの食料品売り場が23:40まで開いているので便利です。 フロントの男性スタッフさんのお一人が日本語が上手でびっくりしました。おまけにとても親切でした。 朝食はバゲットとプチサイズのクロワッサンにパンオショコラにパンオレザンをバスケットに入れて出してくれます。バゲット美味しかったです。 ドリンクはコーヒーか紅茶かショコラを選びポットで出してもらえます。オレンジジュースもでてきます。 それからフィナンシェ、ヨーグルトとジャムとチーズが2,3種類棚においてあります。 朝食があんまりだったら外に食べに行こうかと思ったけれど十分でした。 円安もあって4年ぶりのパリのホテルはとても高く、どこに泊まるか悩んだけれど、ここを選んで正解でした。クラッシックなエレベーターはあるし、部屋は十分な広さです。部屋に冷蔵庫はないけれど値段から考えるととても良いホテルでした。

Things to like: pleasant modern boutique vibe in the small lobby area, offering complimentary flavoured water (and croissants later in day). Excellent level of cleanliness. Most staff obliging and friendly especially the male receptionist in the evening. Organic breakfast. Good sized room with comfortable bed and pillows, plus functional bedside tables with adjustable reading lights, usb charge points etc. Air con. Middling: room felt soulless with no cheerful pictures, hard (vinyl?) floor, table too small for keys, phones, brochures, and usual travel paraphernalia. Same with the otherwise well equipped bathroom, but instead of drawers under sink it would be better to have some shelving where his/her toiletries could all sit out. Poor: getting hold of some fresh milk for UK tea drinkers depended on who was at reception. On day of arrival before I could buy any it was reluctantly supplied in a miniature jug! View was of big factory belching out steam from tall steel chimneys, and a delivery yard for lorries. So not scenic. Awful: attitude from “M”. On last day, I had just taken my leave when I remembered something and returned to check in desk. Sorted, I went to leave again but was then asked how many breakfasts I had had. Two, times two, I replied thinking it was just conversational but then: Had I paid? Why, yes, of course. (Breakfasts were paid for as and when booked the day/evening before.) Could I prove it? Did I have the receipts? I was confused. What were they saying and, if I hadn’t intended to pay for the breakfasts, would I have “admitted” having any in first place. Didn’t they have a copy of the receipts? They should have but apparently, not mine. So, in this heat you want me to start unpacking my luggage to see if I still have them buried away. Yes. I take my luggage to an area where I can start to dismantle my cases (it’s very hot by the way) and start sifting through when I’m told that one receipt has been found. But is the only one, there are no others. I keep looking and am actually tearful. I feel like a criminal, certainly treated that way. I finally find a small bag with the majority of my receipts and start going through them when I’m told from the other side of the lobby, I’ve found it. I look up. Pardon? I’ve found it. Sorry. Not really what I would call a heartfelt apology for what I’ve just been put through. I repack my cases and leave. Just to add. The only food my companion and I ate that same day was breakfast from the hotel. I’m a pensioner and she a fit healthy teenager who ate some cold buffet meat and croissant which I did not. A few hours later she was feeling nauseous and by the time we caught our train she was sick twice and not well for a couple of days. I cannot say for sure it was the breakfast which appeared to be fresh and kept well but on the other hand it was the only food she had eaten. To conclude, we had encountered so many very lovely, kind French people on our journey that this was a very sad

After reading some of the online reviews, I was a bit nervous about this hotel. No need. It was a nice stay. Clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a short walk to the metro. Brand new? No. A hairdryer in the room? No. (But gladly given by the front desk when they had one). Only tip I have is that some of the taxi drivers needed an address and google map location since there are lots of Novotels in Paris. I recommend this place!
