We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Toujours. I booked two rooms with Spa access for 4 nights. The rooms were immaculate and each have a contemporary neutral design. Breakfast was delicious, I indulged in the fresh French pastries, cheese, yoghurt and great coffee to start your day. The location is very convenient; minutes walk to the metro station and bus 82 stops outside the door. The hotel is small and cosy with a boutique Parisian feel. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

酒店位置不錯，在16區，離6號/9號地鐵站都很近，從戴高樂機場打車40分鐘就到了，雖然標了三星酒店，但感覺住了4星+的酒店，除了沒有電梯需要自己扛行李上樓，其他都蠻好的，房間空間很大，這在巴黎來說很難得了，空間布局合理舒適，床品也很舒服，餐廳和後院的環境很漂亮，早餐豐盛好吃，前台服務態度💯，有機會還要過來住！

I travelled here in September 2022 with my wife for 5 nights. Found it on Booking. Excellent apart-hotel, that is just like a regular hotel, but has extra bits that you would want to use during your vacation stay - including kitchenette and bath, free use of umbrella in a rainy day. Citadines also provide availability to leave your luggage after you check out, in case your flight is later in the evening, so you can enjoy the Paris few more hours. I really appreciate the location, very convenient and comfortable to get everywhere, and the view of Eifel tower is just 5 min walk from here. Loads of various supermarkets around, cafeterias and a lovely restaurant just at the corner next to the hotel. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I would prefer to stay here in my future visit to Paris. This place met my expectations and made my stay in Paris cosy, comfortable and convenient.

Just had three nights at this hotel and cannot fault it at all. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfy! Perfect after a day walking around sight seeing. Hotel is in perfect location for a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and public transport. Xiaver one of the staff is super helpful, and a credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant

Hôtel Palais De Chaillot is a beautiful funky hotel less than a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Upon arrival on Thursday night (27th April) we were met by the most loveliest and friendly male receptionist (On the night shift we didn’t get his name), who was so helpful, friendly and informative too and made us feel so welcome and advised that we had been upgraded as well! Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. We added breakfast for two of the days of our stay and it was lovely and such a good variety too. All the staff were great and honestly couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much bother. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience and if we come back to Paris we will be staying with you again. 😊😊

We are just back from a stay in this hotel and wanted to say we had an amazing experience. Location was great lovely area. Hotel was to top standard loved the coffee, facilities little touches like puzzle/game for children in reception. Rooms well equipped (not massive but all we needed for a place to stay) and clean. Location was walking distance to the paris football stadium which we did a tour of and kids ate at McDonald’s on the way back. Easy bus transport to and from the Eiffel Tower. Lovely market along the next street on the Sunday morning. The staff were brilliant so friendly and very helpful and it was much appreciated to make our stay extra special. Thank you

I gave this rating as an average between the incompetence of the staff who manage the reservations and the rest of the strengths of this hotel: chic, clean, advantageous positioning, impeccable except for the detail mentioned above. I made a reservation for which I guaranteed with the card, moreover, a few days before I arrived, I contacted by email the staff to confirm the reservation. All good until I got there and I was told that due to some errors, my room was not available for that evening. The gentleman at the front desk sent me to a nearby four-star hotel, but very ugly, dirty, with damaged furniture. I can prove it with pictures, but here I am evaluating the Montfleuri Hotel. The next day I returned to Montfleuri, but this error cost me time (packed luggage, unpacked, walk from hotel to hotel, check-in, etc.) given that I had a schedule set at certain times. I think my experience was a particular case, but it is unacceptable. If I had not respected the reservation, I would have been penalized financially, for that I guaranteed with the card. On the other hand, there may be ”errors” on the part of the hotel for which it is not sanctioned in any way. As a conclusion for those who want to make reservations here, in order to enjoy a very pleasant experience, make sure that your reservation is managed responsibly.

If we accept that this is a 2* Star Hotel from the beginning then my comments can be seen in context. I came here because of it's central location between the Start and the Finish of the Marathon. The room was on the third floor and I had to carry my two cases up and down the narrow staircase, no drama, there is a lift but it was easier to carry. The room was a twin bedded room ( I was on my own ) and it was small but more than adequate for me. My running kit was my priority and there was plenty of space to lay everything out and to hang other items of general clothing. I did have the breakfast twice and this was well presented and being available when I needed it perfect for me. The room was very clean and the bathroom although small was very clean and shower perfect. I had a street side room and there was no noise although the street rubbish collection happens every day early but I was up by then anyway. The staff were friendly and very helpful when asked. I had to finish the Marathon and then shower at the hotel prior to a flight later in the afternoon. The Hotel allowed me to check out but also to have a shower in the afternoon after the Marathon. Thank you very much to them. Would I go back, yes I would, it is a perfect hotel if you are just going to use it as a base for tourism or to do the Marathon.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The apartments are modern and tastefully (if a bit sp****ly) decorated. Everything feels fresh and clean. The bed was comfortably firm and pillows of different firmness were provided on the bed - something for everyone. The staff are very friendly and helpful, including those at the front desk and those who clean the rooms and common spaces. We really enjoyed the guest lounge with coffee, juices, fruit and pastries - it's wonderful to come back to the hotel for a sightseeing break and put one's feet up with a hot drink. The provisions there were constantly refilled by attentive members of staff. The private courtyard between the hotel's two buildings serves as an outdoor terrace, with comfortable sofa seating, tables and chairs. In good weather it's really terrific to sit out there and relax in the quiet. The neighborhood is a favorite of mine - safe, quiet, a bit sleepy at first glance but with most things one might need (pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, excellent bakery, and more). One can walk from the hotel to the Arc de Triomphe in just a few minutes. It's also possible to walk to Trocadero (a bit longer in the other direction) and there are decent bus connections and Victor Hugo metro station within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. We woke up every morning refreshed and ready to do more sightseeing. Altogether the hotel definitely suited our needs and I would recommend it to others looking for a quiet, convenient, comfortable stay.

I stayed in Paris during a very expensive period - I have no idea what was on, maybe fashion week?! Or maybe just the first Parisian summer after Covid... who knows. So I picked this hotel because it was a bit cheaper and I'd never stayed around the area before. There's not a great deal of touristy stuff but there are some great local restaurants and bars, and a huge Carrefour about 15 mins walk away if you want to bring any food souvenirs back! The guy on reception whose name I unfortunately forgot was super friendly and recommended a great restaurant to me very close by. He also mentioned that you get a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the bridge nearby - I also saw the top of it from the balcony in my room :) The room was clean and comfortable - standard chain hotel style but a bit more stylish with some artworks at least. My only gripe is that the air conditioner wasn't really coping... but I just opened the windows for a while to let the night air blow in, then it seemed to keep the room cool for the rest of the night.

Very well situated hotel, and convenient for a short stay in Paris. Close to main attractions in this lovely city. Me and my family have been in Paris a couple of times and this last one my daughter stayed in this hotel in a trip with fiends. Employees are very helpful and comprehensive. They were very nice helping me to repair a broken window that my daughter by accident hit. I will definitely consider going back to this hotel next time I visit Paris. Thanks to Jazz who was very nice with us !!!!

Friendly Staff, Good location, but very noisy room, it is impossible to sleep , the street noise are very annoying, feel you are sitting in tne street. We ask to chang our room but they expailn they are full and all rooms are like that. I have no idea how other guests slept here and made a good review! Safe box had problem, takes 1 hour to fix and eeveral time coming to room. Still not working correctly. Very old facilities. Not recommand , specially if you have problem with noise!
