We chose this place because we wanted a good located hotel for a family trip. Great experience overall. Rooms are not huge though have enough space. Soundproofing is good, air conditioning was not working well and immediately we were offered to change room

Front Desk The front desk experience depended on the receptionist. That's why I can't rate 5 points. I was checked in by a front desk agent who was very polite on my first day, but was rude by the time I asked to have my workplace name added in my invoice the day I checked out. I had to modify that detail myself on my computer. He wasn't very accomodating. There was another one whose name was Baptiste. He was the coolest one of them all. I noticed his English was perfect when talking to people who didn't speak French. He was very curious about my country, and he was very talkative. He even offered to solve another problem I had whith my invoice. The night receptionist was very kind he offered me to use the computer after I got mugged and had my phone stolen on the Metro. As the hotel doesn't have a wake-up call system, he always knocked on my door as requested. Safety They always make sure you leave the key at the front desk. It's not for no reason. Paris has a very serious security issue concerning pickpockets. As I mentioned before, my phone was stolen. There is a safety box in the room in order to put your values if you don't take a taxi. If you take the Metro, leave your passport, cell phone and credit cards in the safety box. Just take cash and the Metro ticket with you. Location It's my favourite area to stay in Paris for business. The Metro station and taxi stand is almost at the entrance. There is no way to get lost. Even if you forgot the adress, you can tell the taxi driver it's across the street from Moulin Rouge. Room As I mentioned before there is no wake-up call system. You need to set the alarm on your phone or ask the night receptionist to knock on your door. There is a fan available for warm evenings. Taking both things into account the rate is low in Parisian standards. Besides that, the room was immaculate and it had everything I needed. It was small and it's bathroom was tiny, but it's Paris, where it's hard to find anything for 200 Euros. Breakfast The breakfast was excellent. The staff always made sure they had fresh bread and pastries from a bakery nearby. Nothing to complain. Invoice As I booked before I had mi plane ticket, I wasn't sure I was going to have breakfast on my last day, that's why I didn't include breakfast in my reservation. I paid it separately, but they don't really issue separate invoices for it. They included it in my room balance, but it was messed up as they stated I had breakfast on a date I didn't have, and that I didn't have breakfast on a day I had it. Baptiste offered to solve it but the invoice system or whoever operated it seemed not to be flexible on that. I was lucky my workplace accepted that erroneous invoice balance. Conclusion The hotel was good value. That's the most important thing considering how expensive Paris is. There are much nicer hotels but not easily for 200-250 Euros. There was the Rugby World Chanpionship and many colleagues had a harder time getting a hotel. The

My friend booked this hotel for our business trip in Paris for 6 nights. The price was reasonable due to location wise although the room is very small. The customer service is what i would like to mention here.. Ibrahim was a night shift receptionist who was quite unprofessional and rude the way he dealt with complaints. The third night of our stay, we came back to the hotel around 9 pm and collected the keycard with him. During that moment we informed him that the wifi in our room was not working on our phones. What he responded was “that is your problem not my problem”. My friends even showed him that it really didn’t work. He once again said “it’s your phone problem, not the hotel”. After getting back to our room with disappointing service, I found out that the warm water in the bathroom didn’t work. So my friend went down to ask him for help again since I was already undressed. She came up with a shocking respons from Ibrahim again. She said “excuse me, the warm water in our room is not working.” He said “yes yes it’s not working” and pointed to the announcement on the lobby counter, telling her to read “FRENCH” announcement about the disruption of warm water without moving himself from his chair or look at my friend’s face instead being on his phone. So we needed to take a cold shower at night in autumn. Waking up in the morning knowing that the warm water wasn’t working was already annoying, there was a cockroach walking in our bathroom. That made our morning even more disgusting. I, in the next morning, delivered my complaint to a morning shift named “Penelope” who was very very helpful. She listened to me and tried to explain that the water disruption was from the road construction not from the hotel. I told her that was understandable but the way Ibrahim dealt with our complaints was not the right way and the fact that the hotel is located in central area of Paris, you should put the announcement in “ENGLISH” and “FRENCH” and beyond that he should inform us when we collected the keycard that the warm water was not working until 10.00 am next day” Penelope was also surprised what I told her how inappropriate her colleague was. Penelope also helped me directly with the wifi connection by calling the technical team and asked them to remotely fix my problem with my phone (which is also strange) but she was doing her job. Doing business in hospitality industry, SERVICE is the core. Strangely enough, I read so many negative reviews of this hotel, but seeing no responses from management team at all. So I don’t really know what do they care for and what do they want to provide. If any of you is reading this review and looking for a place to stay in Paris, try other hotels. There are way more hotels where they are the same price range but definitely better customer service. I personally was working in hotel for a long time, this is not the proper customer service you should get when you pay almost 300€ per night. My 2 star

Ho soggiornato presso l'Hotel Audran i primi di settembre. Ho già avuto modo di recensire molto positivamente sia la camera che l'ottima posizione. Desidero nuovamente ringraziare anche per l'ottimo servizio, la cortesia che mi hanno riservato e per essersi prodigati per farmi riavere un paio di occhiali da vista dimenticati sul comodino della camera in cui ho soggiornato. Mi sono arrivati con grande celerità ed in perfette condizioni. Non mancherò di prenotare presso l'Hotel Audran durante la mia prossima visita a Parigi! Grazie mille!

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. We stayed here for 2 nights early October whilst in Paris for the Usher concert. Rooms are snug but they do the job, comfortable beds and nice hot water for a long shower. I drove down and made use of the parking garage downstairs for my electric car, I was able to charge for free and we were charged a really small amount for parking based on other car parks close by, staff were fab Kevin especially who helped us out with the car park and the charger. The outside courtyard was a hidden gem, good and service was also delicious. Overall a great stay in an accessible part of town. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is not in the tourist spot areas but staying here is comfortable for a solo travellers. The room is very basic but its clean. If u look for halal food, its just a walking distance. There is a Monoprix store next to the hotel for apparel and groceries needs. The bed is comfy even it is simple. The staff is very helpful. What summarise it as it was above my expectations for a budget hotel.

Saya ingin mengatakan bahawa kami sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan, semuanya sangat cantik, pemandangannya menakjubkan, tetapi kami mempunyai sesuatu untuk dikatakan, kami tidak begitu berpuas hati kerana kami mendapat alahan dari permaidani yang tidak kelihatan sangat bersih (memerlukan lebih banyak perhatian), tetapi pemandangannya sempurna dan perkhidmatannya hebat.

Un accueil souriant, des personnes aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’Aparthotel est neuf, propre et décoré avec goût. Le studio est chaleureux, et très bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner est complet. Bref, un établissement à conseiller et découvrir si vous vous rendez dans le coin 👍🏼

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!
