Amazing hotel with exceptional service. location is alright, about 10mins walk to concord metro. very quite street right next to the American embassy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I got a cake, champagne and small gift from the hotel since it was my bday. They made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Opera Richepanse exceeded our expectations by every measure. The location was convenient for Paris sightseeing and close to two metro hubs. The room decor is contemporary and understated. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful and all speak beautiful English. And the rooms have conveniences that exceed the standard for comparably priced hotels--beautiful, large shower, plenty of closet space, and modern lighting system. Luxurious and comfortable!

I didn’t book a room in advance when travelling to Paris. Because I couldn’t pay it by a bank card, so I decided to book and pay it on spot. I was looking for a hotel in the city centre, because it’s very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Having red about a lot of hotels, this one attracted me more. According to reviews it was nice, clean and with polite staff. Well I took a taxi at the airport and came here. I was met by Jihad first. I’m very grateful to him for recommending me the best room with wonderful view to feel Paris atmosphere. By the way the hotel is really cozy and extremely clean. Super-location: 10 minutes by foot to the tour bus station near the Opera, where you can buy ticket for one day and easily watch all the sights of Paris at 2 banks. Shopping is also near the Opera. 40 minutes walk and you will see the Eiffel Tower. Actually there is no need to use transport at all. I’m happy that my intuition prompted me to choose this particular hotel. And all the staff is wonderful and polite, ready to answer all the questions. В номерах есть все для вашего комфорта. Тут можно почувствовать настоящую атмосферу Парижа. Плюс невероятно удобно расположен. Вас вообще не нужен транспорт, чтобы передвигаться по городу. Садитесь на Big Bus автобус (45 евро) и едете по всем достопримечательностям выходя на остановках и изучая уже детально, что вам нравится. Все очень близко. Шоппинг -10 минут, там же у Оперы остановка этого автобуса. Из аэропорта до отеля можно добраться за 35 минут -41 евро.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend during the rugby World Cup. Having usually stayed in and around the Champs Elysee , this hotel was a very pleasant surprise . Hotel Is located about 150 mts from Concorde metro stop meaning its is only 1 change from the airport . Staff were very courteous and helpful and could not be faulted for their assistance. Room was very fresh , clean and sufficient I. Size for the two of us . Location is close to the Louvre , central Paris as well the main shopping area. Would happily recommend the hotel and shall be sure to stay there next time we are in Paris.

We stayed at Maison Armance for one night, an had an absolutely wonderful stay with them. The staff is extremly friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, nice and comfortable, and provided all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was very delicious, and the central location of the hotel was a blessing. I can only recommend this hotel +++! We will be back. :-)

If you want to experience old France living style, to enjoy XVIII century architecture and have a view to Jardin des Tuileries, try to book this hotel. Rooms are cozy and beautiful, even if a bit smaller than in more modern hotels. I liked they kept old elevator as a piece of history. Would love to try larger, real Parisien croissant at the breakfast. Otherwise - very lovely. And they give real steel key!

The premium quadruple room is newly renovated and had huge comfortable bathroom with bath tub and separate shower room and wc. The quadruple room had a king bed and a queen sofa bed. When the sofa bed is opened there's no room to walk. The main lift broke down one the day we checked out. Luckily there are other smaller lifts nearby. Breakfast was very good with sausages bacan boiled eggs and many types of pastries, cereal, milk, juices and coffee. Very convenient location.
