Hotel berhampiran Villa Collinet, Paris

We stayed at Residnece Aurmat from 31/5-7/6 in 2023 for French Open at the Roland Garros. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to travel in the southern quiet part of Paris. In particular, if you are planning to watch French Open, this is an ideal hotel:10 minutes walk to Roland Garros. If you are traveling over Paris, the Metro is within 5 minutes’ walk. You feel safe to walk even at 10pm in the evening. In the daytime, you could stroll along the road leisurely and buy souvenirs. You can also find nice bakery shops nearby for breakfast. There is a flea market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Don’t miss! Good bargain buys! The hotel room is admittedly small but it has everything in, ranging from a small kitchen, TV, small but a clean bathroom and above all, a very comfortable bed. The owner, David, is most helpful. Was over for rugby world cup and stayed here as part of a sports package. Couldn't fault this place. Close to metro. Very clean and mist of all staff was very friendly at check in and also alot of advice how to get around the city. Lady at breakfast was also very friendly and even though it was past breakfast time she left breakfast out for us.. Rooms a little small but perfect for what i needed

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione di un weekend a Parigi , posizione perfetta a pochi metri dal capolinea della linea metro 10. In poco più di 30 minuti si raggiungono tutti i principali monumenti della città. Camere pulite e confortevoli personale di reception veramente adorabile. Siamo stati accolti da Sten che si è prodigato per darci subito le camere pronte. Anche in partenza ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili per il ritorno in aereoporto . Quando torneremo a Parigi verremo sicuramente qui .

Great location, Near Metro station and bus station ”Marcel Sembat” Very friendly staff, clean rooms, Tea making serviceat the room. Small elevator, Small bathroom, 24 hour access without any problems.

Very comfortable hotel with good sized rooms for Paris! The staff were all extremely nice and we had a very good lunch at the hotel restaurant. A special thanks to Saoussen, our waitress, who was so kind and made it extra special!

The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!

I am very disappointed with this stay. (I stayed for six nights). I stayed at the hotels under this hotel chain a few times in different countries before. I could say that this time was the worst so far. The room was very dirty. There was a lot of dust everywhere. The room and other furnitures/equipments/carpet really need renovation and replacement. They cleaned only bathroom and bedroom but did not clean living room and kitchen. I did not know why. We had to change to room because the air conditioning in the bedroom was not working and we had to ask them three times to get the answer that I had to wait for some parts and repairing!! The new room also had a problem with the washing basin and hair-dryer in the bathroom. Wondered why they did not check the room before let the guests checked-in. Some staff were not friendly. I went to Paris 3-4 times before. This time was the worst experience so far. Only good point is the location that is quiet and safe.

I had some nice things happen at this hotel, but they were not many. I got in after a long flight and went to the desk at 11:30 and was told that my room was not ready. I can understand that rooms were to be ready at three. They told me they would make getting my room ready a top priority. I went out walked had lunch, came back at 1:30. a different gentleman demanded My passport, looked at me the entire time like I was disgusting bug for a few minutes, and then told me that my room was not ready. And sat down in the lobby and read in plain sight for over an hour and a half. I finally went up to the desk after three to find out that my room was ready. Instead of giving me my luggage, they said they would bring it up. It has been an extremely long flight and I wanted to shower. I waited over 20 minutes for my bag came back downstairs was told that it was probably on its way up and waited another five minutes before it appeared at my room. I had the same problem at the table. I came down waiting for a friend, but was one of the tables someone could’ve asked me if I wanted coffee. I waited 15 minutes with no one saying a word. For the most part continued that way. There were some decent exchanges, but for the most part, I was extremely disappointed with this hotel.
