It was all our experience we wrote down. It might be different with what you had. The staffs here was amazing. I mean they all are... since the beginning we checked in, the FO fulfilled our request on the apps i wrote down before - corner room. He was super quick at everything (checked in on Friday btw). We just got to our room to drop the baggages and one set of cuttlery i requested just a few 'second' ago already in our front door. Next was hair dryer, one glass of ice cubes wasnt so long to be arrived in our room. They do really care, the securities, the FO, we might seriously hire them if i have my own hotels 😁😁. Not to forget, one of sky lounge here at 9th floor (callled: CielBleuSkyLounge), super amazing, super helpful staff, Mr. Amrizal,, he did favour us a lot, since the first day we booked for the floating sunset then we thought about to cancel it (rained all day since the morning) but then suddenly sun appeared just in time before the sunset time... he was super busy to prepare the weekend event here and kept us accompanied, and managed things for us... Our grateful heart to meet you here, thank you Kak Amrizal... last but not least, have you been super welcomed in 'just' bfast time? We were explained much about the 'today' bfast menus... (i never get those explanation in so many others hotels before). The second day of bfast, Ms. Nabila apparently recognized our room number just before we told her. Seriously, here guys, their attitudes valid for all 'genres' of guests. They seemed have good memories about the 'small talk' we had also, lovable... enjoyable stays here, very good job Golden Tulip Hotel, Bravo for all staffs!!
