We booked a Suite with private pool and river view.I would like to give a 5 star rating for the wonderful villa.The food was delicious, all the staffs were supportive.The stay was worth every penny I spend.The only drawback was the road to reach the destination is not well maintained and the contact number given for booking is always out of coverage apart from that everything was excellent.I would recommend Nirmaaya samroha resort to everyone looking for a stay at Athirapilly.

Great view of the falls. Excellent food. Had a good weekend with my whole family. Staff were very helpful The falls is under a km from the hotel. If you have very elder people they will find difficult to make final descent to the falls area. Take water and hats.

Serenity found! Just spent the most incredible 2 days at this stunning waterfall-facing resort. The sound of the waterfall was like music to my ears, and the view was Absolutely breathtaking! The rooms were cozy and comfy, with a balcony that offered a front-row seat to nature's spectacle. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I would to mention Ms Upasana at the restaurant who gave the best service. 5/5 stars!

The food and service were the best we had in India We would like to mention the General Manager Mr. Sreejiah and Mr Sindo and Ms Upeghana at the main restaurant who gave the best service We are visiting the Kerla region and this hotel near the waterfalls is really excellent

This resort is located beside the beautiful Chalakudi River. The property is small but well-maintained, with spacious and beautifully designed rooms. Though the waterfall is a little distant and the view isn't as great as expected and advertised, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the Chalakudi River. The buffet is decent but doesn't offer much variety in non-vegetarian options. During our stay, on the weekend, a lot of guests came to the resort for lunch from outside. When we went to lunch at 2:30 PM, almost all the items were empty, and even after requesting repeatedly, they didn't refill the items, which was disappointing. The staff are exceptionally cordial, ensuring every need is met with a smile. Overall, our experience was decent.

Perfect place , perfect employee, perfect lace to relax. Nice food .very nice they bring cake while departure.l recommend this hotel for couples and for family also.very good house keeping.I rate this hotel 1000/10 Big Love from Dubai ♥️♥️

Great place to relax and enjoy nature.Tge calmness of nature and the sound of water sends u a message of soulful serenity.The food was excellent,the staff extremely patient and helpful . The water was not hot enough except that I would give it a fantastic review

I stayed from 9 -11 june 24 in niramaya resort, the property is excelent with amazing view to the river and athirapally waterfalls.The rooms are luxurious and very well maintained, food is very tasty and surely one of the high point of resort and to the top of all this the staff is very courtious and well trained to serve to all the needs of customers especially of kids and elderly people,would like to especially thank Mr. SINTO (F&B executive) and mr Saran kumar who took especial care to all our needs from ird to restaurant which made my kids really happy and satisfied, would definitely recommend to all travelling to athirapally

We stayed for more than a week and summarizing our experience below: -Overall: I think the heart of the place is the staff. Management &team are doing excellent job to provide top notch service to the guests. We booked this place expecting to be a retreat but from our arrival it felt more like a family hotel. Bit noisy, with many kids running around in the pool and in the restaurant and lots of local tourists that came for leisure. The exceptional level of service we received compensated for that -Hotel: View was stunning, room spacious and super clean. -Wellness: The hotel offers complimentary yoga sessions with longer stays. The morning yoga sessions with Avani was a great way to start the day. I also enjoyed the candle light meditation and found the traditional dance lesson very interesting. Spa experience was also really good. I got the Ayurvedic massage package & my therapist Sumi was excellent and very professional. -Activities:Cassia, she kept us organized and helped plan a variety of activities: Jeep safari to see wild elephants,temple tours, cooking sessions with the chef, even henna hand painting. -Restaurant: Enjoyed the food and the local Keralan cuisine. The team at the restaurant did excellent work and Sinto made sure we got all our needs met…within a second!
