Good location, within the free tram zone and the tram station is just opposite to the apartment Woolworths is just 5 mins apart, and there is also a Chinese supermarket nearby.

We always like staying here due to the convenience of Southern Cross Station and DFO. Just a few suggestions would be: -Shower screen is too small -better coffee in the room -Room service food options would be good -Usb connections in the bedside lamps didn't seem to work. -Executive suite should have king size beds -There were no blankets in the cupboards

The place was good and clean... So comfort also..

I stayed at Nesuto Docklands for 2 nights during a work trip. The location is very convenient, there are plenty of eateries nearby, a supermarket right on the ground floor, and paid parking available. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, do note that they don’t provide bottled water or basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, so you’ll need to bring your own.

Location of the property was perfect. The building is well maintained. However I had a problem with the security deposit or Bond. The hotel said they refunded. But it was untrue. Next time pls allow cash security payment like most established operators do in this world. Somehow they kept spinning their stories. I lost my bond $.

A beautiful hotel, absolutely loved it! The owner/manager Denis was really nice and gave us complementary chocolates, and wrote a nice card for us. He's doing an excellent job, the hotel is gorgeous with authentic vintage decor, and walking distance from Southern Cross station!

Good location and near city tram station. Only negative side, near some Hindi restaurant which always play irritating loud music.

Exceptional Waterfront Stay – Highly Recommended I stayed at The Sebel Melbourne Docklands for one night and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable, right on the Docklands New Quay waterfront with stunning views and tram access directly in front. Shops, restaurants, and the entertainment precinct are all just steps away. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well designed. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay feel like home. Facilities include a pool, gym, and sauna. The standout feature was the rooftop with a tennis court and bookable BBQ area. I hosted a small BBQ gathering there, and it was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had stayed longer and would definitely return. Highly recommended. ✨

Location was good, rooms was clean. More of a dated homely design rather than hotel, but heaps of space. We will be back. Location could not be better for us. Staff really friendly.

Reception staff is good and it was good apartment but not for 5 people and actually for 4, this was not mentioned before booking and toiletries were not enough for 4 people for the duration of the stay. Sometimes Aircon in the room was not working properly. Had to remind them for the bond to be returnd after 12 days of checkout
