PPengguna TetamuThe hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing for early check-in, a warm welcome, and luggage storage while guests checked out, among other things.
Positives:
1. Observing the boat and watching it enter and exit the harbour is wonderful
2. 1-minute walk from the free tram station
3. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets
4. Roll blinds in both rooms with 99% blackout
5. Provided with a large number of channels TV
6. Very nice mattress for sleeping
7. Acceptable water pressure in the head shower
8. All appliances are working properly.
9. Calm and quiet
10. The speed of wifi is wonderful
11. Windows have good soundproofing
12. Security is excellent.
Cons:
1. Neither toilet has a hand shower

YYilukaixuange從澳大利亞回國後一直在忙，但我一直記得我欠墨爾本大酒店和熱情負責的員工一個五分好評！那天從珀斯飛墨爾本，機場乘坐skybus到南十字星車站，步行十分鐘一早就到了酒店，原打算寄存一下行李箱再借用洗手間洗漱和換下衣服，就到周邊早餐和遊覽，夜班的值班先生還沒下班，負責清潔的女士剛上班，他們看我疲憊而狼狽的樣子，就説正好我訂的房型剛退房，立即安排清潔工作，大約等了半小時就提前入住。外出回房後還收到了值班經理的手寫歡迎辭和非常好吃的巧克力，非常用心！非常暖心！這酒店與南十字星車站僅隔着一條馬路，然後沿着酒店的房子要多走一百多米才是酒店的前台，南十字星車站的靠酒店這一頭是woolworths，另一頭是coles，周邊餐飲、購物相當便利。雅拉河或市中心均可步行，稍遠些可乘免費電車。房間為loft型式，廚房設施等配置齊全，非常舒適。這是我第二次到墨爾本，這次選擇總體感覺比上次連鎖品牌五星酒店更好，以後有機會去墨爾本會再次入住。

PPengguna TetamuWe had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful.
The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special.
Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after.
We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!

祺祺褀The location of the apartment is very good, it is close to the free light rail of public transportation, and there is a large supermarket nearby, and it is a sea view room. It has convenient living, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, and complete facilities in the apartment. , Pots, pans, cups and more. The only problem is that I haven't arrived in the apartment yet, and haven't checked in yet. The credit card authorization deposit was inexplicably deducted AUD 500. This really surprised me. Fortunately, after arriving at the apartment, the front desk informed that there would be no problem when checking out and it would be refunded.

SSelleCDVery convenient hotel with accessible access to the city via tram outside. Outlet stores and harbour restaurants make for very good dining choices. The pool and the sauna were crowded on a hot day but very good size to fit in everyone. Comfortable beds and good sleeping session after.

PPengguna TetamuReception staff is good and it was good apartment but not for 5 people and actually for 4, this was not mentioned before booking and toiletries were not enough for 4 people for the duration of the stay. Sometimes Aircon in the room was not working properly. Had to remind them for the bond to be returnd after 12 days of checkout
